  • Pros

  • - Built-in processes! No customizing required!! - About 50 release per year - constant innovation - Up and running service management in hours

  • ITRP is easy and fast to implement as a result of its standardized setup. It's business-service-oriented and it's a true SaaS offering.

  • Cons

  • - More automation of integrations (will be possible later this year) - Simpler creation of service request catalog items

  • Pros

  • It's really easy to use and with a great price.

  • This software is very easy to use. The new format released looks nice and handles our support needs in a very seamless manner.

  • Cons

  • Initially, UI was confusing. Gets a little time for initial setup. Once the setup is done, it becomes easy to use.

  • With the simplicity of Zoho Desk came a lack of more advanced tools. Otherwise, no complaints.
