Because of its interface and capabilities, I have literally saved hours and hours of time every year since I started using it. I can't imagine doing my job without it any more.

We love the simplified interface and the organization it allows. We can do everything with the free version but we will be evaluating the paid version for AD integration.

There are only so many softwares like this one, so it's pretty good when comparing it to the competition.

The costumer support has always been good and there are plenty of resources online to help the first time users. Also great for IT support with helping you manage and fix issues on your computer.

It has less features and needs to add much more features. Also there are often problem of connection error or connection breaks.

The most useful feature is the Key pass Integration. Session Management , Credential Management and App Management are  being done in the best possible way.

Remote Desktop Manager provides very rich functionality for connection management, a lot of oppotunities of 3rd party software integrations and credential management. Integration with cloud is great.

In general terms, it is a very good tool to facilitate work and control various tasks from different points or locations, and best of all, you do not have to invest anything to acquire it.

Interesting is also the perfect interaction with other products from devolutios. With the possibility to use a free version, all functions and functionalities can be tested in peace and quiet.

I can't really think of any dislikes with the program.

Price is very cheap for all the bells and whistles it has. Supports a wide variety of systems.

It’s easy to set up and free to try. A lot of good features to try out before committing to the purchase.

Followup and scheduling are available. For the extra service, I can get GPS tracking and for the best value for my money, I can record my calls and have text messaging.

When you need to login rekotely to access certain secure files instead of sending the files you can hust use it. Its safe and secure this way.

Our IT support team is in a different physical office, so when we need IT support, Remote Desktop Manager allows remote assistance in a straightforward and simple solution.

It's quite easy for me to use, however; it is not user friendly to someone just learning computer skills.

The layout is confusing and the support has no translation. Not to mention some connection errors we could not solve the problem.

The connection can be easily interrupted when is frustrating.

If you use all Zendesk Suite, Chat it's a great add-on, and it's cost per agent it is fair enough when compared to all the metrics you can gather.

We never had support on issues, lost clients, lost statistics, etc. But when payment is due, then they sent many emails.
