The number of reports available to run is outstanding. Nurses love the app for their phones, everything is at that fingertips.

The CEO is obviously not interested in good business but only bottom line. We have contacted our attorney and the OIG, as well as BBB and Attorney General.

It is self explanatory and user friendly, easy to learn.

Scheduling on this software is made easy use and the ability to create, change, and reassign can be handled quickly and accurately.

I like the the easy use of using the app on my phone, the patient signature app feature is wonderful and convenient.

User friendly, Greatest strength is the interface for performing all clinician progress notes, Oasis Etc.

This product is AMAZING, if you are looking for an amazing way to make your company more efficient and help save you time and money look no further.

I think Axxess is a great program to use for collaborate between therapists and other professionals.

The customer service truly tries their best and is very helpful and responsive. The product is also a decent value for the cost.

This bad attitude to work makes them not to realize their mistakes and carelessness so they are not ready to change quite unlike Axxess software staffs. Obstructing business cash flow is dangerous.

We got different answers from different staff, depending on who we spoke with. Very frustrating especially when you have payroll to worry about.

This is the worst company as far as customer service, product, ethics, values, practice, and overall anything.

I love the ease of use and the training they provide. I like that they have videos we can watch over and over again to learn their system.

There is also the dilemma of when we do updates and the updates don't work and end up slowing us down.

Clinical staff will have a guide on how to manage cases using 'clinical pathways' tab. Other tools are relevant in the daily processes of patient care documentation.

Home Health Centre provides an order-driven system that facilitates record keeping by prompting users with to-do lists, patient task lists and vital sign alerts.


Home Health Centre allows providers to review and electronically sign orders. HHC’s offline mode allows users to make OASIS and clinical notes and then synchronize once they are online again.
