The best hospice EMR I've used.

Firenote has cut my chart audit time down immensely and also made it very simple to identify areas for quality improvement.

PROS

This EMR is so user-friendly and easy to navigate and find what I need. It also helps with compliance and has intuitive tools that guide documentation and improve it.

CONS

There was really nothing that I didn't like. They keep making updates and changes to increase compliance and ease of use and I love that.

Reason for choosing FireNote

I like it because it is so much faster and easier to use. Less margin for non-compliance and errors. Less clicking around and looking for things and tedious steps that make no sense. No pinning, syncing, refreshing, or super slow loading.

Fast and Compliant!

PROS

FireNote makes my life SIMPLE. As the HR manager, it is easy to keep tabs on the pulse of my team with the real-time trends & graphs that FireNote populates (for employees & patients). Timesheets, mileage tracking, all of the payroll items are easy to pull. What's even more exciting is how FAST training new employees gets to be with FireNote! The program is so user-friendly that new team members pick it up within minutes and can jump into their new role with ease!

CONS

I have had a positive experience with all aspects of FireNote. If I have questions or issues, I can submit a support ticket from the screen I am working on in FireNote and it is always resolved quickly.

I have loved using Firenote. It's super easy to use from an internal clinical standpoint. The customer support team is quick and very helpful.

PROS

It's easy to use, fast uploading and documenting, and it's simple to understand.

Certain updates may take some time depending on the request.

The BEST!

PROS

Saves our clinicians 87% time charting compared to Consolo.

CONS

Love it! Best EMR I have ever used in the 18 years of Healthcare.

Best Hospice EMR

Excellent team and customer service, very responsive. The TIME saved by field and office staff is immense!

There are no big issues with FireNote, just small improvements which they work on ASAP!
