Pros/Cons

Pros
It’s easy to use. Excellent features. Never any complicated tasks that can’t be handled.
This software is great for is great for my company which is a reception service company. The user interface is very easy to use.

Cons
Nothing. I like everything. There isn’t anything about this software I didn’t like.
It would be nice if the software had an affiliate program for hotel promoters. It would also be nice if you can sync more than one rate type from the PMS.

Pros
It’s easy to use and works perfectly for our hotel
Technical support is amazing for me, I speak Spanish and they provide me all the support in my first language witch is super cool for me.

Cons
Software is fantastic. Lack of choices with the credit card gateway was disappointing.
The only drawback I would say is in the form letters/receipting/statements you can't personalise them too much, but overall they are good.
