Best Channel Manager
We are managing our OTA from AxisRooms as well as we have gets the GDS connectivity through this channel manager. It is very user friendly and cost effective solution that have the feature to integrate with the PMS system.
PROSAlmost anything will be positive if it’s an example of a true OTA manager from one panel, extra-feature in this channel manager have GDS features.
CONSWe using this software since last 6 month and during that time I found their customer support is excellent and their cooperation I like very much also the software is very much user friendly.

The Channel manager ( Axis Rooms) have solved our rate parity problems and also the customer team has been extraordinarily helpful.
PROSThe software has good features that helps in managing the Price and room inventories.
CONSThe inability to upload packages.The absence of Agent management. The absence of separating the Book Direct rates from the O.T.A. ratesThe absence of applying seasonal rates.

It does basic things well. Support in India is iffy.
I am more assured of being able to prevent double booking.
PROSDoes synchronize calendars well. Mobile App to block dates handy useful. Setting up new properties is relatively simple as well.
CONSWe don't have access to change few things. Basic thing like if I change the extranet Password of any OTA need to approach support in India to make those changes in Channel manager. This process is not as good as it needs to be

Need to Improve service
The Channel Manager is very user friendly. The customer care service was perfect approx one year before. The mail response was not prompt and not completion of our requirement is not fulfilling in time mail/call. We request you to allocate one staff for some number of properties, it will help us for the single point communication.

Best Channel manager and Application, Great Support from market manager . Easy access.
Controlling all OTAs in one place, saving more time on spending Extranet. Reports are very useful. Even they have given options to Sync booking Engine and Central Reservation system. Submit booking options which help me to update my agents and offline bookings
PROSSingle platform to manage all OTAs. Show revenue of Offline, online, Agents, corporate etc. Easy to update inventory and pricing in multiple options. Restrictions are useful to set Mlos. Recently got an option to update offers from Channel manager to particular OTAs. Can Able to see arrivals and check out.
CONSMultiple logins, since we have got single login. if it would be a multiple login at-least two will help us. but single would be fine.

Great and prompt customer service
Very good. The customer support team are excellent, specially Daminni who is my account manager. They addressed an issue I was having with generating payment links for manual bookings and resolved the matter in a timely and professional manner
