M very satisfied with Booker. They are improving their service all the time.

I am stuck in Booker because I have been using it since 2014. My client data base and content are huge, they have been purchased by mindbody and I had hoped for an improvement, but its worse.

Wrong service and product history for clients that can never be corrected. Financial transactions that regularly crash.

Booker is a good product I have enjoyed using it. It's been a helpful part of our operation.

We had several manual processes and workarounds  to track and fix our data, but the auditing capabilities and ease of use make this system worthwhile.

Booker is great because I can keep track of my books even from home. I also enjoy being able to write progress notes.

The survey section is really helpful to hear from clients on what we can add or change to make their experience the best it can be.

It has good booking feature that notified employees and customers of appointments.

I have lost members because the software randomly double and triple charges them each month and doesn't represent it in the recent orders tab so it looks as if it hasn't.

Customer service is available - but they are often unknowledgeable and can only submit requests to development and they take months even years before they fix your problem.

Set up went very well and maintaining it is going well also. Customer service is excellent but haven't needed it much.

Even chirotouch is a better scheduler for a similar price, with superior reporting and accounting features.

I like how easy it is for customers to book and I like the Features of the marketing it is user friendly and very specific to the needs of the business and clients.

Customer service is fantastic, and tool is very intuitive overall.

CONSTANTLY has issues with loading. They refuse to refund my monthly payment for the software during COVID19 even though their business is run by businesses that are forced to shut down.

It's extremely user friendly and works really well. Clients can book appointments on the website and it integrates with booker.

The product has a gazillion different features and loves to expand its offering into new industries. They give you access to everything via a robust API and good reporting.

Besides the horrible service they have not kept up with technology.

This experience may also be attributed to trying to schedule massages where schedule management is difficult.

It's disappointing on the whole, because I see it as a decent booking system with potential, if they kept up with the times and listened more to their users.

Integration with existing platforms was a little difficult, and getting others to try is has been hard as well.

The company is great, the people are helpful. The software is overpriced and clunky.

The inbuilt marketing functions are absolutely dire and Mindbody doesn't integrate with anything (it's not even on Zapier) so you'll struggle to build a great marketing machine using it.

I cut my losses and canceled the subscription very early after realizing how little help it was in my area.

I mainly used this through my iPad and there were some minor issues where it didn’t seem compatible with the iPad and I would have to navigate the site in a an odd way.

The interface was so old-school, and the customer service was absolutely terrible.

Mindbody is missing several key features such as double-booking options and the option for memberships is pretty difficult to use. MBO is very hard to train new people in using.

Very good experience with Mindbody, it helps me stay in shape and I love all dance classes. It always worked very well for me on my pc, for now I did not use it on another device.

My experience was $500 per month at two locations of nigthmares, frustration, and apologies for clients.

It's a great app when you gym has this kind app for the booking of their gym's class.

The only thing I don't like about this software is how hard it is to find all of your different studios' schedules.

Their staff team is also super helpful and they have many seminars and resources to help build your business.

This software is easy to install and has great customer support if you have questions. It simplifies booking appointments, adding inventory, taking payments and scheduling.

I haven't found any features that I don't like about Mindbody.

Absolutely love Mindbody and how easy they've made scheduling. I love that I can purchase class credits right from their site and I know what experience I am getting each time I log in.

Great for automation for business, also a good tool for user.

Generally I was very pleased in using this product. I haven't needed to use it in a little while.

I like the ease of use, and they were very supportive at start up and roll out.

It is a beautiful interface with lovely pictures and colors.

Each time we call up and try to speak with somebody to help us through something else that is not working correctly, we are given different information that causes more and more problems.

I have had trouble in the past managing my accounts. Since I need different logins for the studios that I visit, it can get a bit tricky.

It was great that our trainer was able to meet with us weekly to help us learn the system.

Really good customer service. Will give you discounts to get you to sign up.

It was the worst experience, afther that company, I had hired another that did the programming in 2 days and I was using it in 3 days at the 50% of the cost.

I took mine via zoom and it was very easy to enter and participate. This is inexpensive (even free if you choose) and you get to stay fit while having some fun.
