What I liked most about Monday is that it is super user friendly. Synchs to user emails to ensure messages/updates are received.
It has a beautiful UI which is user-friendly. I love the timeline view and the integration center is amazing and user friendly.
Cons
The only downside I have encountered was probably use error, wherein I set up 2 logins by accident.
My team hates it, they find it confusing; I disagree. They do not like the layout and find it confusing to navigate through.

Hands down the most outstanding customer service.
I used fresha and I had so much support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN. He was truly amazing and patient with me , always answering my questions.
Cons
M out of my policy no show fee and I’ve lost an hour of my time with production.
Except on the website it says it’s included in the 2.29% plus $0.20 per transaction fees. M already very upset at the delay only to hear about these extra costs.
