I don't have any reason to hate or dislike this software actually. Unless its page load that sometimes takes more time than other website.

Ease of use is a great benefit. We've used other programs before for registration, and this is least clunky.

Their reach is far greater than mine is, as a small non profit, so their built in marketing and promotion is a true feature.

Great for the consumer because it is easy and right on your phone. Great for the hosts because you can keep track of everyone.

Many of the best events I've attended were found on Eventbrite. So having the opportunity to buy and sell with them was a great experience.

The cost - FREE - of course is great. The ability to create and collect custom fields of information.

I like how you can see all the events in your area and how it's easy to book tickets from eventbrite with the best prices.

It was confusing for my users to use the system from their end. It was common for people to register wrong.

This can be a challenge for fake events or non-authenticated events that are selling tickets. Sometimes people will buy tickets to non-legitimate events and expect something else.

My experience with this App has been easy and amazing, I have found some great events going on in my area.

Anything you need to plan can be accomplished with Eventbrite. Its easy to use and create content that you will you will be very pleased with.

For all the events I've set up (free and paid), I always want to use Eventbrite. Featuring great analytics and integrations within the software.

Overall I think Eventbrite is a fantastic event management software that is inclusive of every type of event, and the options available to you without having to part with any money are very good.

They have refused to renegotiate the contract but also refuse to release funds so we can pull off our event.

I enjoyed the ease of use and ability to engage the recipient with an email that feels like an exclusive invitation.

It's great for smaller venues and groups that need to get their word out quickly and easily. Support staff are wonderful to work with as well.

My overall experience has been pretty good. I have continuously used this software for events and have been pleased.

Overall, I've had great success in using it for personal and business events and recommend you try it out, even for interoffice functions. Helps keep  all the info organized in one place.

The only complaint is that sometimes it doesn't show that there are no more tickets available.

Generally, the feedback is about poor customer service and in some cases been victim of scams which were left unresolved by the Eventbrite team.

That however is very annoying and frustrating when you are on the go and just need to get the ticket right away.

Good solution for organizing attendance for events. I like how it connects with a variety of other services.

Super easy to set up complex ticket types for various events/trainings. I love how user friendly it is and the ability to export registrant data.

Simplicity is the name of the game with eventbrite. Also, their customer care is great.

Horrible customer service. We are unable to log into our account to see who paid for the event.
