If you are a natural Italian Speaker

I'm sure the product is great if you are Italian, other than that it's difficult to get your head around and not easy to use. Overall there are a lot better packages available for less money, that are easier to use and a lot less hassle

Pros

It does everthing that one would expect from a PMS system for any size hotel

Cons

It's naturally written in Italian and translated into other languages, the problem is that many of the help screens and error messages still display in Italian. Even when in English, the translation uses deep words that are diifucult to understand for someone not skilled in this type of software. Help desk used to be OK but since Zucchetti group took over, its deteriorated. There are several webinars available, however they are just not enough and dont give enough information. Other training is very limited, and you reply on "Anydesk" for a fix to a problem, which can be frequent
