Super easy to use for me and my clients. Everyone has been super impressed with how easy it is to use.

Wish I could do text reminders, even at the lowest plan. Emails sometimes tend to get lost or ignored.

When a patient cancels, there is only one alert and completely disappears from the calendar without warning.

Backend interface is a bit chaotic and complicated to get used to. Mailchimp integration does not work with GDPR.

So far, it has been a great experience. AS was recommended by a business coach I'm working with, and I've been very pleased.

It has a horrible appearance and is hard to follow sometimes. Appears very unorganized and jumbled.

They got back to me when I reached out to customer service and that really made me feel like I could highly recommend this service along with the positive experience I have had using the platform.

I like that you can sell packages and my desired package has availability for 6 employees. The Stripe integration is useful and it is easy for students to schedule a lesson.

Fairly easy to use, customer service great, clever comments make me smile, integration with existing business processes good.

I love how easy it was to create everything I needed. Although I am only using the free version, for now, it has almost everything that I want in it and it has been amazing playing around with it.

I love that Acuity is very robust and allows you to customize responses when a client/customer books with you. I also love that integrates with Instagram and Facebook for ease of booking.

If something is changed on my system, I have to sometimes update Acuity. I had some significant problems with Microsoft that temporarily derailed  Acuity.

It has a very fresh and modern UX, i love the styling. It's a good priced product and easy to set up.

My overall experience is good with Acuity. The software helps me know that my clients are in good hands when it comes to booking with me.

I like the self-service module. The employees like it and it has saved administrative time and effort.

ESS module sometimes suffers with adequate communication and while the information still submits it could be more timely.

I like the ease of use with its logical/intuitive navigation. Additionally, HR System Strategies provides great Customer service.

Good value for money product for small to medium businesses.

I love that I can call the customer rep if I have a question/issue and she is always there to support me. This program was so easy when we had a Ministry of Labour  Health and Safety inspection.

We recently moved to Info:HR and have had a positive experience learning the system. Our support has been excellent.

It just makes sense to me and this helps a lot for every day use. I also like that updates are ongoing and they are constantly looking for and making improvements.

The physical appearance and some of the functions are outdated. The customization to suit our organization would be costly.

Sometimes we run into problems when we are trying to make the software work for our unique workplace.

Although they have a website and Barbara, I would still prefer to have a hard copy manual that I could refer to BEFORE having to make that call.

Usually the misses involve more IT-related issues.

The software is also not very intuitive at times. The language used to describe things can be confusing, and on the web version, you have to sign out to use each module.

I like that I don't have be manage employee vacation hours and time sheets by paper.

Not being able to customize and create our own reports; picking and choosing different components of the software to reflect in one report. Restricted to what is offered by the software.
