If you switch between this and the other software ADP provides its is very confusing as both of the login platforms are extremely similar and confusing to employees.

It’s been great so user friendly and comprehensive. I can see anyone with any sort of experience and in any position loving this software.

This software is designed with security and ease of use as top priority. It allows users to be confident with important Online information and simple log in procedures.

I liked how easy it was to navigate this program and how simple it was. Whether you are tech savvy or not this thing is amazing.

This is great for HR items as everything is on one place from commuter benefits to pay - and customer service is amazing.

Easy to use with most of the important elements placed in one portal. Useful for doing taxes as they have integration with some of the tax filing systems.

The website is clean and the home page gives you a great overview of your personal work-related info. Things like PTO, benefits, paychecks, etc are all easily accessible.

I've had one or two problems with logging in over time, and once had a problem with resetting my password for some reason. That were the only 2 issues I've had when accessing WorkforceNow.

I love that employees can check on their paystubs and benefits on this software as well. I also love how fluid and easy it is to do payroll now.

What I like most about this product is that its user friendly and cost affordable.

The Healthcare portion is terrible when it comes to setting up new hires. The team in charge has poor communication with management and doesn't not inform them of when they should expect their forms.

I also dislike that our user names have to be so long and complex with capitals. It is a pain to remember.

The setup process has been a disappointing experience.

Not sure how it will scale for a larger company. The are several things that could be annoying when you have to do it for hundreds of people.

The maintaince of employee files and compliance for a rapidly growing hi turnover team of 500+ employees.

We are still in the early stages but overall, the integration of Hero Payroll and Employment Hero will ultimately save us hundreds of hours a year.

I found the information and the ease to use is great for me as I can see a lot of information in one place. Staff find it easy to use.

Generally pretty good customer service. Email support can be a little slow at times.

Most likeable feature we found in the system for our organisation is the easy integration of our Bookkeeping software and the ability to import the payroll journal.

South West Community Transport have been using Employment Hero for 6 months now and it has improved our H.R. immensly.

Employment Hero also has so many great special features, and they keep adding to the platform to stay ahead of times and provide value to its costumers.

We are using it more and more to try and spark a passion and drive within the team, through recognition and a sense of appreciation.

It has made onboarding a very easy and paperless. Very supporting staff members, quick response to questions and suggest better way of operating.

Some of the reporting features are not as straightforward as they should be - such as not being able to report on multiple leave types.

There are quite alot of errors and minor features that make is quite hard to use.

Employment Hero is amazing. Not only does the software solve so many problems, the company taht manage it are continually delivering new functionality and services to help business owners & operators.

Too much emphasis is on knowing the hundreds of pages of instructions and features. Timekeeping apps (Clock Me In/Workzone) are simply terrible.

Fantastic, Its easy to use and has saved us time in Onboarding, Timesheets, Leave, Performance Reviews, Safety Reporting and much more.

The onboarding team were amazing. Very easy to get along and use the software.

Integration was easy from the beginning, easy to use which got my vote, definitely love employee benefits and recommend other employer to use, I’ve never experienced an app like this.

Sometimes it can be hard to navigate, but I can put this down to just still in training.

Navigation is easy and logical. Having all employee info in one place is fantastic.

Workflows are sometimes frustrating. Once you've moved on to issuing a contract, you can't 'go back' and change the contract without deleting the entire personnel file and starting again.

That made our cost centre reporting very easy and accurate.

Now that we have worked out the kinks, I'm very excited for how we can use Employment Hero.
