Cons: I often find the platform to be overly complicated, especially with regards to the access levels and role assignments. In the report designer feature and other capabilities within the platform there is often overly complicated coding needed which is something that as an HR employee I don't have much knowledge on. It was so quick and smooth! I was amazed! The support team is incredible. Reply is quick and always so very helpful. Running a payroll is so quick! Cons: Securities is somewhat complicated in that there are so many steps. It took 4 to 5 hours to run a payroll. If you made a change, you had to rerun of course so payroll had to be started several days before deposits. There was no option for excel export. Cons: The pre-built net pay comparison report can't tell why the employees don't get pay as lack of job status. The report designer can't compare 2 pay periods net pay in 2 columns.
