Breezy HR is a recruiting platform for small and midsize businesses. The solution provides functionality for applicant sourcing and tracking, resume parsing, and video interviews and more.

The application is cloud-based and features a dedicated app for iOS devices so recruiters can use the platform on the go. Breezy HR comes with EEOC reporting capabilities, customizable career pages, and the Restful API so developers can tweak the software to their needs.

With a drag-and-drop interface, users can customize their pipeline and organize applicants in whichever order they please. Recruiters can connect with candidates via email using custom templates, auto-responding and interview scheduling capabilities for fast response times and organization.

Users can source candidates from LinkedIn, AngelList and other sites using a Google Chrome extension, and can post openings to multiple job boards with a single click.

There is no phone support. Which is just bizarre to me. Whenever I try to get a question answered I get a screenshot of something that is not relevant. The reporting is either inaccurate or very difficult to do.

Overall, it works for the small department that we have so far. We are excited to see what additions there will be in the near future.

Pros

I love that customer service responds to inquiries within 5 minutes through chat heads. I love the pricing for the features which include video interviewing, e-signatures, emails and automated references. Definitely saves time on my end as the Recruiter.

Cons

I don't like that it doesn't come with a customizable reporting feature. Customer service is always open to feedback though, so they may work on integrating that feature into their software.

Easy to use, good customer support, very nice plans for choosing. Especially if you don't want to hire many employees, you can use UNO plan posting 1 vacancy for 1 month for free. It is shared also for free on Glassdoor, Upwork and other portals.

Cons

The other plans are also affordable, but a bit expensive in comparison with Recruitee software. So it depends on your company and budget.

I really enjoyed the drag and drop functionality - this makes Breezy enjoyable and easy to use. I would really recommend Breezy to any business wanting to adopt tech for the first time or even if one of the larger competitors have disappointed you. Breezy is easy to setup and understand.

You can get your hiring team up and running with a great recruiting solution within minutes. Breezy has some great features which compete with some of the more expensive options which is quite amazing. You can easy post jobs to multiple platforms like job boards, social media and LinkedIn on a free or paid option.

Cons

I could not really notice any cons as you can use it on a trial basis, also their no need to commit long term if you do not want. Also the price is very competitive so the investment required is also quite low.

The staff was very helpful and very responsive!

Pros

It's very simple to use, very clean and not too confusing like some other software I've used. I like the features, they have a score cards for candidates that you could easily customize. I found this to be their most unique feature. Most other tracking systems have a generic star rating.

They are a fairly new company, and that scared me away at first. But seems like they have come a long way.

We needed additional reporting and they created the function for it. We needed an effective way to launch a Referral program with reporting and they did it. Overall, super happy with the software, service and price.

Pros

This ATS does a lot of things well. Easy to track candidates, custom emails, email and calendar integration, Chrome integration, a pretty serviceable iOS app. And a user interface that doesn't like it was designed in the aughts. Equally nice is the regular pace of updates that occur. Best of all is the incredible response that I get when I have a question (either good or stupid - my questions) or just feedback. I'm pretty psyched about the customer rep and how quickly he gets back to me.

I also like that I can easily manage more than one company on the same platform.

Cons

Small silly things. I fill out my scorecard as I'm interviewing a candidate. If I want to take a quick peek at their resume, the scorecard closes, loosing all my notes. Resumes are hard to read (small type).

Breezy HR ATS - When Not Bad is Pretty Good

After 5 years of using a competitors ATS, I had a chance to survey the market and pick a system that truly suited my needs. While I didn't fine the perfect solutions, I did find a product that had 1)mail and calendar integration 2) an user interface that wasn't designed by some engineer that never actually tried to use their own product 3) and a reasonable price. Top it off with some really top notch customer support and I'm pretty happy. One bonus - if you recruit for more than one company, you can easily maintain a couple of companies on the system and easily switch between the two.

Pros

Nice user interface, great price, great customer support.

Cons

Needs a quick view that shows candidates linkedin profile, personal websites and easy action from this view.

I'd also like to call attention to the amazing support team they have in place. They're highly knowledgable and very responsive.

Cons

While they have an iPhone app, I prefer to use the mobile web version. It's good but not nearly as good as the iPhone app right now. Would like to see more work on the mobile web.

I used to maintain this website for our company all recruitments for hiring software developers. I can easily send a link to a local job posting website to et potential applicant. End of the week, I did sorting all applied applicants and segregate as per my companies requirements. It's really an amazing website for hiring and recruitment solution like I haven't used before. Especially, without any hassle, I can keep track of every single applicant as per my preferred criteria and follow up without even sending an email as Breezy helps to do this even easier. Amazing!!!

Pros

1. Simple and easy to navigate all features
2. I can segregate admin panel in a different label as per my choice
3. Candidate selection process, internal communication among the selection team are pretty amazing
4. Job posting to end of hiring can track with a sigle platform without any issue.

Cons

1. The website is pretty fast even in slow internet but sowing slow including bugs in apps.
2. Their no undo/redo button or option when I randomly checking and sorting applicants
3. Only Super Admin has all feature access.
4. Price for medium company like mine is little eexpensive compare to market.

Pros

Hiring is like a funnel of candidates that need to be filtered down through your hiring steps to find the very best qualified candidate. Breezy’s tool makes it so easy to do just that. It has a great UI that a non-tech person can learn on the fly, and what I love about it is that it keeps the funnel process collaborative and transparent. Seriously, use this tool, it’s awesome.

Cons

The support is a little lacking, but not in the best quality (they use Intercom), but to their credit, I haven’t needed to contact them much.

My company no longer uses Breezy HR, but we did have at one point when we were smaller. It's great for smaller businesses - great if you have limited resources. One thing I always liked about Breezy is how great it makes a posted "live" job ad look. Breezy posts to different websites for you with the click of a button too, which is great - copying and pasting job ads is quite time consuming so the system does it for you. Good feature to be able to email directly from the software. Everyone on the team could learn it fairly easily.

Cons

There could be a better interface with LinkedIn and Indeed. Can't avoid technical glitches! I think if your company grows, you may need to look into other options. I have definitely seen better customer support with other ATS systems. It could also get with the times in terms of mobile support.

Great customer service- very responsive!

Pros

Breezy allows me to create an automated hiring funnel, whereby I drag and drop candidates through the funnel, and Breezy automatically sends them the correct messages, assessments, and questionnaires. It also allow me to take notes and rate applicants. Overall quite helpful!

Cons

Not always intuitive- there has been a bit of a learning curve. Also there could be more features around automating hiring tests/assessments.

Hiring for a startup with limited HR resources, a wide variety of roles, and many candidates.

Pros

Breezy manages the process of hiring like a Kanban board. Once you easily post listings, you can see candidates in each stage of your hiring process and manage them through one platform. Candidates can be sorted into categories based on fit, into columns to track status, and easily removed from the hopper. As you progress through stages, candidates also move to the right, making it easier to see who still needs attention. Emails to candidates are also automated if you want, cutting down another tedious or emotional step.

Cons

The big con of Breezy has nothing to do with the software. If you do not have a staff member or team on hand to manage the tool, like any other, it will not achieve what you want. Hire or move staff and make them responsible for Breezy, and hiring will be as easy as possible.
