FeedbackSocially is a cloud-based performance review and goal management solution designed to manage employee engagement and 360-degree feedback process. Once users set up their team hierarchy and define the competencies they want feedback on, which can differ based on role and responsibilities, leaders can invite peers into FeedbackSocially to submit feedback anonymously for their team members. Reminder emails are automatically sent if feedback isn’t completed by a set due date. Managers and leaders can then use the FeedbackSocially dashboard to see which feedback has been completed and which are still in-progress.
