Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • - Easy to set up - Support is actually responsive

  • Ability to have mulitple areas we are interested in including the LMS and ATS. They have self portals to where employees are able to go in and update their information.

  • Cons

  • Recruiters have a difficult time trying to figure out where candidates are and in what disposition we have them in.

  • - Lack of versatility - Extremely slow - Daily use is cumbersome - Extremely poor user interface - Overall poor quality - Cost increases due to deployment platform (Salesforce & the HCM)

  • Pros

  • The interface was friendly and fun. Easy to hire and fire. The breakdown of taxes was easy to understand.

  • I really enjoy this program, everything is easy to find and very user friendly.

  • Cons

  • Gusto can be bogged down at times, I’ve had slight issues with on boarding information getting lost but customer service has always been quick to respond and assist.

  • The way the line items are fed into Xero/Quickbooks is a bit off sometimes. Other than that is has been great.
