Simplifies the process
We enjoy the features of the service and the customer service is top notch. We have a steady stream of qualified applicants for each position. It's been a good service for us.
PROSThe visual presentation of our Careers page is very professional, and the 'text to apply' feature makes it easy to get potential recruits to the Careers page even when I'm out and about.
CONSIn the early days of using the service, there were many tasks that required contacting support. The numbers of these are decreasing as they iterate and it has become very user friendly.

Best Service and Product on the market!
The service behind the software is what makes HigherMe so valuable. I am always able to correspond with support staff in a short amount of time and my questions and issues are always resolved quickly.
PROSThe interface is easy to understand and the support is a gamechanger.
CONSI wish there was an easier way to process completed interviews. The pre & post interview emails can be overwhelming.

Game Changer
I love learning more about what it can do. It has made my professional life easier and I also like the recaps as they are a proof of life, so to speak, in that the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] of the company has visibility of how many applicants I have contacted and how many are hired. The reporting is excellent.
PROSEase of use on desktop, laptop, and mobile. I can schedule interviews and manage the process with ease. It is a real game changer for me, particularly with the amount of job boards it populates. Very impressed!
CONSTHis is probably user error since I am only a month in on the platform, but I haven't found a rule that I can use to block out interviews. Such as no change to scheduled interviews the day of, or something like that. I look at and calendarize my interviews the day before and before I start the work day, but once I'm in the workday, a candidate can change or add an interview in that I am not aware of since I silence notifications during interviews.

Thunder Pies Hiring
We have used the platform on and off again for the past few years. We do not intend to leave again. The response on HIgherMe has been the absolute best in the industry. We have many times more applicants to work with than all other platforms combined!
PROSThe integration of the hiring platform was exceptionally fast and accurate
CONSNothing comes to mind. I had some issues with the HR platform that we initially wanted but we have since decided to not use it.
