A Great Screening Source!!
This software has served as a great screening source that saves my company and me so much time as we're able to E-mail prospective sales candidates a video with our screener questions. I received this software on a free trial basis; however, how robust its usage has been, I plan to implement it permanently.
PROSI love the fact that this software has the ability to do asynchronous video interviews as I have the autonomy to present formidable questions to candidates that fit the needs of our company's sales team requirements with so much ease of usage.
CONSThis software has exceeded my needs as it is truly a great screener for prospective sales candidates. Thus far, there aren't any cons I have experienced when using this software.

InterviewStream - Arrive Logistics' Remote Interview Platform
InterviewStream allows us to interview candidates without them needing a particular system downloaded on their device. They can participate in interviews from anywhere, as long as they have internet access!
PROSI like that you can customize the interface to align with our company's branding.
CONSThe back-end scheduling itself is fairly time consuming.

Looks nice, but didn't work well.
InterviewStream is a bare-bones interview software. I used it for about 6 months and used it to conduct over 800 interviews. The user-interface is probably the worst part about the site. On the surface, it looks okay, but many of the features make it impossible to use efficiently. You have to "name" links, but cannot access those same links at a later date. Filters you apply cannot be re-accessed. Also, you can't even filter for people who have completed an interview! Candidate interviews cannot be opened in new tabs (it's a small thing, but oddly frustrating). The dashboard cannot be customized and half of the pre-built reports are useless. If you conduct between 10 and 50 interviews a month (and it's your job to manage those interviews), InterviewStream might be okay. But it was simply not built to do interviews en masse.

Useful software
It is useful for a preliminary interview with a potential candidate.
PROSGood for practice if you do not have another person to practice with. I like that you can redo the same question and attempt to look more confident.
CONSMy preference is to speak with another person. Talking to the webcam is awkward for me. Other than that this software is great.
