I like that it integrates with TimeSheet and Xero. All our employees punch in TimeSheet, than we export the data to PaymentEvolution.

They are always offering webinars to help with common questions or issues. Their customer service is absolutely amazing.

Not having to pick up cheques and distribute paystubs is way more time effective and we feel like we have greater control over our company's payroll.

Paying a pricey yearly fee and with having a large number of employees, this is not something that I should be charged for.

Great staff and easy to use software. Would recommend to any new start up.

This also means if there is a holiday on a Friday, the employees pay ends up being 3 days late. They also charged me $60 because an employees bank account was unknowingly suspended.

The system is fantastic. It was simple to set up the few employees and proceses their payroll.

Best of all, PaymentEvolution sends the payroll information to QuickBooks so our accountant is happy.

Vendor payments are simple too. Integrations with accounting software make our lives easier: no manual journal entries.

Biggest mistake was leaving Payment Evolution...but they took me back.

Andrea's support was amazing, we could not have done it without her. Her knowledge and sense of urgency was very much appreciated.

It's very difficult to rely on something as critical as payroll if they lock your account -while- you are upgrading.

The reporting is pretty good too and our employees have been blown away with PayChequer. I would definitely recommend this payroll system.

Product support was amazing for the couple of questions I have had. Cost effective at $17/month (no hidden add-on fees).

I find it user friendly and if I do have a question the customer service is fantastic. I love the webinars as well, I don't usually need them but the few I have joined were great.

I have had an excellent experience using Payment Evolution for the last year for our companies payroll. The system is beyond easy to use.

More importantly, any time we've needed support, the team has been quick to respond and are incredibly friendly. I'd highly recommend Payment Evolution.

This technological error resulted in a substantial double withdrawal from the bank account. I also think it is a ripoff that it costs money any time you have to make a change.

We love the platform because it is so sophisticated yet easy to use - we save time, money and appreciate how simple it is to pay our employees.

Difficult to  printing of reports and lack of user manual.

The main issues for me are the overall user experience, buggy/sloppy interface, and confusing flow.

We have been using the software for a few years and it is very easy to use. We appreciate the helpful emails with online seminars for generating T4's at year end.

The actual function of running payroll and calculating deductions is a great and useful idea.

The data table for entering the payroll hours, etc. for the pay period is clunky and needs to be flipped vertically.

It has been really easy for me to use and I have had no experience with this program prior to this. I love how easy generating T4s has been.

Bit of a pain to find a report with everything I want or need to see on it.can be Glitchy in exports to integrated programs.

It's  structure is boring and most bothersome part is that it allows only few file formats.

It has more features and is more sophisticated than Google's tool for surveys. It's integration with MailChimp is a top feature.

Ease of use, it was an easy set up and login and the interface was easy to navigate but also had fun colors that caught the eye.

I am unable to specifically Identify any features of this product that I am unhappy with or that do not add value.

Inability to change your survey after it has been submitted can be frustrating for some users who made a mistake in their feedback.

Excellent product, great features and functionality for paid subscribers, integrates well with other platforms.

It makes it so easy to choose a template and edit the questions. I also love the layout of the results - they are easy to read at a glance and are formatted great.

I have realized that Surveymonkey helps me and my team to better understand the metrics that we plan our work around. It’s very easy to use and pleasant to set up.

That's something I hate about it, first you waste your 2 3 minutes telling them who you are, and then they just put a small message on blank screen that you're not qualified.

Customer Support, when you pay for the top tier, is responsive and polite. Other than that, this whole service is for the birds.

Overall surveymonkey is good. It has good integrations with other software too.

We used to use Survey Monkey every three months to send out survey for our transformation challenge (our community would vote on whom should win) it is easy to use with lots of great features.

Suddenly, the $5/month option was nowhere to be found. Horrible way to rip people off just as they are frustrated enough to get their survey out.

At times if your signal is weak your and your survey is interrupted i have lost infirmation and needed to start all over again.

I love that they offer a very generous free version to help you get started if you're just starting out on a low budget and then you can grow your account as needed. That is something I value highly.

Our only recourse is to dispute the charge through our credit card company. This was beyond disappointing.

Overall, I like the features they provide and getting creative with my surveys, I am just not a fan of the pricing.

I like this software ,its a great way to communicate and stay up to date with the pandemic and donate to organazations for a great cause.

Overall, this is a good product. The biggest pro of this software is the ease of use and ability to easily share with others to complete the survey.

It could be difficult to go back and forth and it required time and patience to go back and forth if I accidentally messed something up.
