Zugata uses Slack and Google connections to determine who you work with regularly, and it pings them for feedback. Feedback can be delivered via quick ratings, or you can opt to provide comments.
Skill sets can be customized, as can evaluation questions for managers.
Improvements can be made to overall navigation and reporting, but I'm just being nitpicky at this point.

I like the usability of the platform and the fact that it syncs with Zenefits. The support team has also been helpful.
At times, we have had to use workarounds for pretty standard review practices. I think the team should make it more flexible.
