Best Labor Management Tool
The only software that takes into account all aspects of labor. The software allows easy follow up for managers and owners to see where their labor is at in real time. This is the best solution on the market.
CONSThere is not really any cons for me. This is a great product.

Tremendous Partner with very Functional Products
Zuus works very well for us. Although we have challenges from time to time (as with any software for a growing business), but Zuus has been and continues to be a strong partner is creating solutions to challenges as they arise. Overall, Zuus allows our managers to easily forecast, schedule and manage the labor and productivity for our workforce. It is easy to learn, easy to use, and continues to evolve to meet current and future needs as our company grows.
PROSZuus integrates with our HRIS and Payroll system and the support and partnership with the Zuus team has been fantastic to adapt the system to our needs. Regular enhancements on a 2 week cycle ensure that the system continues to improve and evolve as our company grows. This is a great product for overall labor/workforce management.
CONSInitially, as with any system, we faced some challenges with some parts of our organization due to managers overseeing multiple work locations and our sharing of associates across multiple work locations. Zuus understood the challenges, and implemented solutions to resolve those issues.

The Zuus team demonstrated a willingness to work with us beyond the needs at the time to help create a platform that solves our needs as our company grows. The product is simple to use, works effectively, and continues to evolve, but the driving factor was the people at Zuus. They are top notch, and are a tremendous partner.
Reasons for switching to ZUUS Workforce
We needed a more robust system integrated with Paycom (our HRIS/Payroll/Learning Management System). We were looking for a solution that handled scheduling, time keeping, time and attendance, productivity, and reporting capabilities that would allow our company to scale in growth.

Okay depending on your company
Relatively easy to set up and implement, but ultimately the managers who used it found it difficult to learn and set up to their liking. THe employees who used it for timekeeping said it was easy and straightforward.
PROSThe employee experience was good - they found it easy to use.
CONSManagers complained however that it was not intuitive and didn't have as many features as they would like (setting up sub-sub-departments). This was in 2020-2021 so they may have improved it.

Great product with Customer Service to Match.
ZUUS is been an asset to our business. Not only by accommodating our business needs in terms of integrations and transitioning to the American labor requirements, but positively enhancing our ability to analyse our labor costs. ZUUS has given us the ability to monitor our labor costs at any given moment during our day. Scheduling is made easy with forecasting tools to pre-empt labor costs and finally the ease of approvals and export to our payroll provider.
