Since I don't always have all the required information I am unable to complete some forms. In addition, at one point in time I could not perform some functions for entry but the error was corrected.

The support team is very good and responsive, but fixes can occasionally take time.

The inability to upload csv files. Some of the forms are standard reports are hard coded with the inability to make changes.

We love how easy the system is to use, it is very user friendly in the computer.

The design of the software insures ease of use from end user level all the way to administration of the system for our area.

The software has so much flexibility to be setup for many things, but this causes trouble for our user base as they get confused by all the options they don't use.

It times out very quick and often, we realize it’s a safe guard but it’s very annoying.

The one thing with the software is that you have to put the time into learning how to navigate from place to place. Until you really dig into the software it can be difficult to know how to navigate.

It is a good product and as we learn how to customize forms more it will be better.

Some times when a staff is working on a large entry they will lose their information before it logs them out.
