  • Pros

  • While the product is very good, Aha's customer service and support is far and away the best I have ever encountered, not only from software providers but pretty must across all walks of life.
  • So much flexibility in how you want to build out your roadmaps. Setting up workflows and custom fields/layouts to suite my organizations needs was super easy.
  • Cons

  • Lack of Power Bi integration and no plan to schedule reports export.
  • The navigation is also somewhat poor, and there are a handful of specific views that are hard to use, which is a point of confusion for many users.

  • Very responsive, easily understood, available when needed. This has made a big difference in the success of our use of Bright Idea.
  • The tool allow to manage complex innovation program both involving employees and external actors such as start-ups etc. It is extremely flexible and it scales with the ambition of any innovation team.
  • Cons

  • The customisability of the product. Some features are quite rigid and hard to customise.
  • Truth be told: I do hate it's chat mechanism. All the users, the team and I just can't get it, so we communicate via email.
