The plugin is handy and are what makes it really rich although the cost of the plugins can start to add up if they are used they are good value.

Confluence is not the most intuitive program and learning to properly navigate it took a while. I also dislike that it is possible for one corrupted page to crash a whole file.

Do almost anything with the documentation by just using the internet browser is really awesome. The integration with jira is pretty good.

Customer service is always available and is super helpful.

I dislike that Confluence gets a little confusing with multiple links for the same page (a long link and a short link), but it is hard to differentiate.

You also need to make sure that obsolete information is cleaned or marked obsolete, otherwise documentation rot can make information difficult to find.

Great editor tools and easy to make my pages look content rich and informative. Good search and folder structure is great for organizing content.

Confluence syntax is confusing for new users, its preview function is not working well when having micro or embed script.

I integrate it with jira to show any kind of  project progress. The version control feature on confluence is excellent and the fact that multiple people can edit a page at the same time is awesome.

It happened to our team and it made using Confluence unpleasant and annoying.

The one thing i dislike about it is when there are topics to click on and it jumps to that supposed topic but there's no information there. I'd guess the editor was not able to remove that section.

It features a exuberant number of plugins to construct a document , so many are advances and have to learn. One important plugin that i use is the Architecture diagram building editor.

Customer support is very easily accessible and quick resolution. The deplyomnet is also easy with option of cloud server and in-house server deployemnt.

Which is great for customer support and of course technical documentation. Did I mention that you can create as many different wikis as you like.

Confuence is very easy to use and makes documentation fun and collaboration with others a breeze. It helps us organize and document our work, from meeting notes to operational documentation.

Confluence cloud allows to make the documentation space more scalable. The solution is so popular it can be integrated with most of the solutions.

I also love the version control as that becomes increasingly important as the number of contributors or complexity of the page goes up.

I have had an overall good experience with Confluence and it is easy to create and share documents. If you are using JIRA already I would recommend this.

I love that it's so easy to change appearance or add icons right from the same menu. The themes make it so easy to delineate clear patterns and level distinctions.

The fact I can type, paste, copy and bring more brainstorm ideas help me to bring my team together and engage with the projects we have.

Ease of use and intuitive nature of building a mindmap. There are also good options to be able to build a good mindmap.

Doesnt do very well with personalization, you can't choose the colors of your bubbles. That's my only complaint aside from potentially being able to add comments to another map as a different user.

Mind Vector is a cloud-based mind mapping and idea management solution for businesses of all sizes. It offers idea mapping, idea ranking, brainstorming, activity dashboards and collaboration functionalities within a suite. Android and iOS apps available.


Users can create mind maps by adding nodes to an idea in a hierarchical format. The map starts with a root node and progresses with connected sibling and child nodes. Users can also add images, URLs and notes to the nodes, and node colors can be customized.


Maps can be shared with team members using AirDrop and via email. If needed, users can also export mind maps as PDF and .CSV files. Mind Vector’s "Visualizer Mode" provides users with a visual representation of maps by arranging the nodes radially. The product also features a "Center Map" mode, which resizes the maps and places the root node at the center.
