Support team was very responsive. Program was straight forward.

I really can't think of anything I feel the software is missing.

Every once and a while the program will have a glitch and shut down. I will loose only the data that I am putting in at that time.

Inability to see only open items during PM punch instead of both GC Verified and Open. Inability to select multiple pictures from gallery at once to attach to an item instead of doing them one by one.

Looking for a software that the entire team can use. Finishline offers all kinds of options but in ways needs to dull it down.

A great tool to collaborate with subcontractors and the reports tool makes it easy to track open items. I have used the reports to present to executives from the Owner team and they lived it.

It has probably been the most useful software we're using on a $40MM project. Punch items are easy to enter and they're easy to view for our sub-contractors.

Additionally, new users are often intimidated by having to scroll through multiple menus to create a single punch.

Ease of use and functionality. FinishLine provides an easy to track punchlist document that is easily understood by subcontractors and ensures items are tracked and completed.

The software is functional, easy to use, and offers great reporting. The thing i like most would have to be the customer service though, its by far the best i've experienced.

This is a very easy to implement software that is inexpensive. The workflows are great out of the box.

Absolutely no customization to tailor to your organization. No email reminders if you have overdue actions pending, you’ll have to look at the database daily.

No email notifications if an item goes past due. You can only disply the entire reports that are overdue.

Intuitive, friendly user interface, the well thought out connections from one module to another. The fact that each module is included and not ala carte is a HUGE benefit.

It's never lost due to the Timeline feature. Revision history stored electronically on all documentation makes it easy to understand why documents were updated.

I had myself and one other person approving a risk and the other approver approved the risk and I could not make any changes. I had to delete the entire risk action and start over.

Streamline process for creating ECRs and Doc control is great. This software makes approvals and interaction easier.

No filtering of overdue items in perato analysis. You can filter: Open Items, Closed, Rejected, Submitted and deleted but nothing to tell you if an item is past due.

There is no option to personalize the emails notofications. You really get flooded by emails.

The software has all the key modules for operating Quality, Maintenance, Safety, Training and Engineering Change Requests for a fraction of the cost of more expensive systems with less modules.

This really helps helps with implementation, and ease of use. I appreciate the stops built into the system to ensure important aspects are included in these records.
