Very good to work with. Constantly improving something that's already good.

I just put all this in a few pages back. So hey let's review. It makes keeping up with customers and their forms much easier.

PROS

Functional. The buttons aren't a mystery to find. I use this software daily at three locations. It has streamlined my procedures for keeping up with forms and files. If I get a call from an adjuster wanting a copy of forms all I have to do is pull up the name of the customer and efax it right out.

CONS

Lack of name recognition. I'm sure this won't last long. The only other downside is that it can be a little fussy with downloads. If everything doesn't match up you have to do a manual override. Good and bad in that.

Fantastic Insurance Management System

We are so grateful we put this into place well ahead of the pandemic! It allows us to work from anywhere and have the crucial answers we need quickly for our client requests. We also appreciate the continual improvements that we all benefit from on an ongoing basis.

PROS

This software is easy to use and helps us have the ability to quickly see what our clients need. Since we are an independent agency, we have multiple companies to coordinate. JenesisNow brings it all together in one place. We also appreciate customer service - emails, chat feature, phone calls..... they are always there to help when we need it.

CONS

There is a slight learning curve that can only improve from daily use even after certifying in the software system.

Reviews; pricing structure for our newer agency needs; and the ability to grow with us into the future. We also really appreciated the customer service once we contacted Jenesis for a demo. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is fantastic and helped us to know which system would be right for us. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is still always there for us along with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and others from the JenesisNow support system.

Reasons for switching to Jenesis Software

We loved Hubspot and many things about it - some that aren't available at JenNow still. But HS isn't specialized for insurance, so it was complicated to explain procedures and there was much more coordination. JenNow makes our daily tasks easy to implement, understand, and use.

Satified Cutomer

Overall, we have been able to maintain our book of business through the easy storage of information for each of our customers, and being able view their information in real time.

PROS

This software offers an ease of information needed for our customer's all in one place. For example, forms such as Certificates of Insurance or Evidence of Property are available to be printed for each customer listed in the system as well as policy downloads that automatically update on a daily basis.

CONS

If the system could calculate the total loss ratio per insurance company that we write for, that would be amazing.

Reason for choosing Jenesis Software

Pricing was better with Jenesis for the amount of benefits being offered, and due to being a smaller business, it fit into the functions that are needed to run a successful business.

Why Jenesis won my AMS search

I love the platform, and Gia my trainer was awesome, very helpful and fun, we had a good time. You guys gave a great set up.

PROS

The functionality and ease of the platform along with the integrations of other software I use daily. Let's not forget the help and understanding of the Jenesis staff.

CONS

I am looking forward to being able to integrate my Office 365 calendar to the platform calendar.

I used Matrix for many years when I worked for another agency, before starting my own. The use and likability of the Jenesis platform made it a no brainer.

Reasons for switching to Jenesis Software

The platform of QQ was not to my liking and when I found Jenesis and watched the video and read the reviews I was half way sold. What sold me on the other half was the prompt contact, knowledge, and friendliness of everyone I spoke with.

So Glad We Use Jenesis!

I have worked on several other customer databases. Jenesis gives us what we need at a reasonable price. We rely on Jenesis daily for all customer-related tasks. We would be lost without Jenesis!

PROS

Jenesis is reliable and makes a complicated job more convenient.

CONS

I wish the names in the suspenses were a link where you click them and it takes you directly to their file.

Couldn't have done better myself

This is everything an agency could want in software. If I had to create my own software, it would not be as comprehensive as JenesisNow. This is hands down the most comprehensive program available for managing client and policy info...especially for our agency which writes a LOT of Lloyds. This programs is intuitive and so easy to use.

PROS

Easy to customize and navigate. Perfect for Lloyd's and ES policies.

CONS

Have not found any yet, only complaint is I wish I had started using sooner!

JenesisNow did it all and can be customized to individual and agency preferences. Most comprehensive and easy to use program on market.

Easy to use software by a team that understands the industry

Jenesis makes it easy to understand your business while also keeping you organized and up to date on tasks and renewals as they come in.

PROS

I find that the dashboard is easy to navigate and also that each process has been simplified

CONS

The only item I'd like to see is a widget on the dashboard that shows total policy volume in premium dollars and have it categorized by policy type.

Jenesis Conversion

PROS

Our conversion from EZ Lynx to Jenesis has been fantastic. The communication and response time from Jenesis has been second to none. Everyone has been so nice and patient. Definitely a 10!

CONS

I would like to be able to add custom fields on some of the screens.

Huge Upgrade!

This has help streamline my job so much and I am still finding new ways to work the Jenesis features into my job to make it even easier!

PROS

We love how many features we can utilize to streamline our processes. Being able to email and text directly from the system and having it note what you sent automatically has made a world of difference in my job personally! I love the client image sections organizing capabilities and lay out. Such a huge improvement from our basic system we were using before, it finally feels like we can trust the information that's in our customers electronic file.

CONS

Like any platform it has it's glitches and errors but the team is usually helpful. The tech support system is kind of contrived though so a lot of the smaller issues we just find work arounds for (like ACORDS not saving to images ect) because it's not worth the back and forth to explain when and where the small issues occur.

Reasons for switching to Jenesis Software

We had out grown our old outdated system. There was often times no way to correct the information in Ezagent if it was wrong so we couldn't trust a lot of the information in the files.

Excellent System

Eddie, we have been out of the office for several days. Sorry for the late response. If every company/business was as concerned with their product and service as Jenesis is, it would be a much better world. You guys do an amazing job with your service and response time. We currently do not have any issues. If you wanna (nic-pic) one thing that comes to mind is make sure every report we run prints the date on it. I know there are a couple I hand write the date on each month I run them. (if you haven't already corrected) Plans are this year to attend the retreat Jenesis holds. We have not been able to attend in the past but are putting an extra effort in going this year. From past videos I am sure it will be beneficial to the office. On a scale of 1-10.....Who could not rate Jenesis at a 10 ? Perfect....nothing is....but you make every effort to appease any/all requests or at least explain the reasoning. I've been using Jenesis Classic since 1999. Just recently changed to JenesisNow. There is a difference, but I got this. If I have an issue, I just pick up the phone and their there to help. Always friendly service and very helpful. If your not using Jenesis you need to check them out.

PROS

All your client information is right there for you. You don't have to go and look for it. If you need to pull info up on company side, it's just a click away

CONS

There are a few things different in JenesisNow than Classic. Its just gonna take a few times to get used to it

Finally!!! A Company w/ a Team That Understands!!!!

Having the ability to track what information is being added to our client base as well as the use of actual time stamps is a great positive in our field. It cuts out the he said / she said that clients will try to use against you at a later date!! We recently started using the Insuresign with Jenesis and that was another huge step in generating revenue and making clients lives much easier when signatures are needed!!

PROS

The integration their software uses to interface with our providers is a HUGE help!!

CONS

As far as a dislike, it doesn't have the ability to integrate with my Google contacts and vice/versa. That really isn't an issue I have with the software. I really don't have any complaints about the actual software in place.

My experience with Jenesis is always a 10. They are so helpful!

Everything in one place. Images, Notes, Downloads, Accounting, Suspenses are all easy to access. Jenesis makes servicing your clients so much easier every day.

PROS

I like the ease of use and all of the neat features form J-links to reports that drill down as well as the prompt customer service when needed.

CONS

Jenesis could use a little more for commercial. I know that they are always adding new and exciting features to help with commercial clients. Also no after hour/weekend/holiday help/support if you are locked out for agents working those days/hours.

Jenesis is and has been great for our agency. Willing to listen and grow. Not afraid to make changes

PROS

Very easy to use and friendly. Integrated email and system letters. Ability to send invoices, reminders. Great internal time management system and rolodex. Great reports available quickly and accurately. By far the best value for the money in the industry today. Problem solvers running the company and working there. Ability to talk to people who are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

CONS

Larger commercial accounts are a little cumbersome in the system. The certificate management is much better than 8 years ago and continues to improve but still needs a little tweaking.

I would recommend this software

My over all experience with Jenesis has always been good. They have a great customer service team that is always there. They answer emails, and phone calls.

PROS

I like the most: Easy to use. The easy of keeping track of notes/receipts/doc's/J-Mail's. Our agency uses all of these features every min of the work day. Its nice to have daily downloads for renewals, changes & new policies.

CONS

Agency chat room is not the greatest. There is a delay at times on messages. It would be nice if there was a sound (or something more noticeable) to let a person know when a new message is waiting.

Jenesis Software

PROS

I rate Jenesis a 10. I especially like the new feature with the update 20.1.0 where you can be in one customer account and still go to the dash board and look up someone else. I have used it several times today.

CONS

I can't think of anything at this time that I don't like about Jenesis.

Awesome Company

PROS

Best Software for Insurance Needs

The Jenesis program is so easy to use and customer service is always available for any issues I have.

There is one feature that is no longer available that was very helpful in the beginning but it is more of a browser issue than software.

Very User Friendly

PROS

The ease of use is what I like the most about Jenesis, it only took me a few days to learn the operation of it. Also the fact that it serves the use of the business in one place instead of having to use multiple programs for day to day operations.

CONS

only recently did something come about that I did not like about the software and that is how if we upgrade to a beta or newest version if there are multiple bugs and not able to gain access to a very important document that we needed and we were not able to roll back to the previous version. But thankfully we were able to figure out a work around to get to the document.

Jenesis is the perfect database for maintaining your business!

PROS

I love that Jenesis provides functions to contact customers, send birthday messages and automatic responses regarding their policies. There are so many different things you can do and are all very useful. Also, everyone at Jenesis is very helpful and informative. Adam is my go-to guy.

CONS

There's not much I don't like, but we do receive errors sometimes and some reports don't generate correctly. It's seldom and I can't provide an example. Not too bad.

Jenesis is a game changer

Amazing

PROS

Everything is amazing, and it truly is the best insurance agency management system, I can't imagine using anything different.

CONS

Nothing so far, and they keep making it even better, which is exciting. They truly have their hearts in this, and it shows.
