Incident and Claim Reporting Software - Navex

NetClaim has been a solid product for us to use and is integral into our claims reporting and managing process at our Company.

PROS

Navex is a great business partner and the software provided works great for our Company. We report almost 5 to 10 incidents per day via phone, web, email, etc. The intake department at Navex do a great job of handling our volume and report out all incidents in a very efficient and timely manner.

CONS

It does take some time to customize forms, but everything we have asked to customize, Navex has been able to support. I understand the time it does take for configuration, sandbox testing, then migration to production.
