  • Pros

  • Intuitive, easy to use, reliable interface with our ERP system, provides visibility of inventory to our customers.
  • The transition to Clear Spider went smoothly and our Clear Spider representative offered assistance whenever we needed it. We also like the ability to do a pick and pack list from the system.
  • Cons

  • I cant really think of anything that I don't like about the application to day.
  • It is difficult for me to see when I launch using internet explorer. I don't know how to zoom so I have a larger view.

  • Integration with Zendesk. Easy to import data for assets.
  • The software enables you to manage assets and control inventory with ease. Lastly, easy depreciation management and custom reports help you make well informed decisions.
  • Cons

  • I didn't really need the inventory updates to my email, but there was no harm from it.
  • Had some connectivity issues for a while. My company has two EZOffice instances in use so that can get confusing.
