I cant really think of anything that I don't like about the application to day.

Intuitive, easy to use, reliable interface with our ERP system, provides visibility of inventory to our customers.

The transition to Clear Spider went smoothly and our Clear Spider representative offered assistance whenever we needed it. We also like the ability to do a pick and pack list from the system.

The software has been very useful and user friendly. It does what I need it to do.

I like all the different characteristics of each item you can add. Pictures, details, price, etc.

It is difficult for me to see when I launch using internet explorer. I don't know how to zoom so I have a larger view.

Despite the high level of configurability, CSI is also the most stable application that I support. Most importantly for our business, the level of customer service is outstanding.

It also has some weird limitations, such as only being to automatically send a system generated PO to one vendor email address, rather than multiple ones.

The one major downside to the software is the lack of user customization. Users can not create their own reports or change the layout of views.

I didn't really need the inventory updates to my email, but there was no harm from it.

I love the customizable reports and asset tags. I also love the tie-in with my customer support ticket system.

Once you delete an item you will loose the item number.

EZ Office Inventory is pretty straightforward and easy to navigate. I appreciate that it's easy to have access to the inventory, as a user, and request specific items by loading them into a cart.

Collision between the app and website check out sometimes still have equipment booked on my name even when I checked in.

The fixed asset module is a great supplement to the fixed asset tracking we have used in the past, and saves a good amount of time at the end of each month tracking down items.

My only negative is when I have connection issues with my service. I sometimes have to wait to log info.
