Very easy to use, the software is intuitive and the layout is very clean. I really like the visualizatio of money raised/committed with the ability to put a % chance per investor.

It also has a ton of resources for startup founders to save time and stay organized. My go-to feature is the investor database which makes it simple to research and qualify VC's and angels.

I say this knowing that the majority of users that will use Foundersuite are start-up entrepreneurs, and as such, I severely doubt there will be any missed value due to complacency.

The dashboard is well designed and easy to navigate. The ability to save contact information for potential investors, track conversations, set reminders, etc. is great.

I love the ability to search for potential investors.

The investor reports are nice and easy to assemble...I need more characters but there isn't enough great things to say lol.

The structure of the software is handy and it helps to have in one place a lot of supports. It is very useful to have a pipeline that keeps records with contacts and connections.

When filling out the investor reports, due to having a plugin (Gramarly), I often-times have to re-write sentences which is annoying.

The first time I used (this was over a year ago) it, I was a little confused about how to use it.

Great product that can save a lot of time and super easy to use.

With more than 150 VC's in my funnel, having a quick tool to sort and filter activity has been super helpful in running a strong and organized campaign.

I was able to keep track of several investors for a while until we realized that lead gen was our main problem.

Makes me sad when I'm on the go because I get into situations where I want to look up or change stuff when on the go.

I think you know if you picked the right tool if you just never wonder whether there's something better.

The software itself was very easy to use. We had a slightly different need when we started and the staff at IMS was great to respond to our needs.

Very user friendly and helps us with distributions, K-1s, tracking communications.

I like that there is an email functionality embedded and that investors are generally able to retrieve their documents on the portal seamlessly.

The only complaint is setting up some of the more complicated calculations for distributions when there are waterfall calculations.

The K-1 matching engine and the ease with which we can communicate with our clients and get them the up to date information they need.

It also helps us to be more process oriented and in control of our touch points with investors. The software is constantly being improved and bugs are quickly fixed.

Overall, very happy that we moved over to them because it has saved us a lot of headaches and time with managing our capital partners.
