We have realized that this system has help us identify the right Field Service Operators,  schedule, and manager our time more appropriately in one location under one shared communication device.

We were blown away by their Sherpa feature for picking the best worker for a job... they agreed to develop more features for us for free... a true partner.

It is a bit difficult to get a hang of the software At first.

We use AI FM to direct our verified artisans & repair specialists to customers who need maintenance. We aim to operate like Uber for repairs & maintenance, and the app makes this work seamlessly.

Checking the kind of job it helps me do within the shortest possible time, i think the price has been awesome for me.

It's not well designed for mobile and remote workers; the management tool need a PC to work on, etc.

The only negative thing I can think of is the fact I didn't have this software at my last job.

The software is fast, reliable and secure, which is exactly what you want in this type of product.

Scheduling and checking the progress is super convenient and make my life so much easier. The support team always respond fast, the product keeps updating.

This program is very easy for my employee's to use with older demographic users they too have found it easy to use. The visional layout of the dispatch board has been helpful.

A little difficult getting data out of the system in terms of downloads of customer data.

It is enough attractive for the moment. But will be more attractive with a number of AI features under development, excellent pricing.

Ai Management if excellent in communication. Several times I was able to speak to top management and they resolved my issues promptly.

Price is also competitive, couple if similar systems available in Ireland are double the price or more.

I had my settings set to automatic login but had to delete my cache/history which forced me to log in again. However, I reached out to customer service and received a response within 2 minutes.

Although no software really did all that we wanted, AI Field Mgmt came close.

Ease of use, very comprehensive and yet can be configured to meet your needs.

When you forget your password, that is it. It doesn't remember password incase you forget yours.

AI Field Mgmt is filled with more than you can expect for that price. We really liked the easy planning function and app.

The UI is nice and clean, and is pretty intuitive to use, particularly on mobile.

Tracking when and where my employees are working has been of such help to me. The user friendly layout is very helpful when showing to prospective clients.

Communication is the greatest asset we are getting with this software. The messaging board allows for two way communication with our employees instead of a busy signal on the phone.

Payroll is still difficult. Trying to determine if someone is close to overtime or having to manually approve every shift is difficult.

Overall Swept had been a  positive experience, and the initial introduction period Swept was very helpful in setting up the entire account.

Inability to communicate directly and privately with individuals. No reminders for staff when they need to sign out.

Swept has been affordable and offered time clock solutions as well as inspection reports. Customer service is excellent.

My company has multiple accounts in the software, but I only have access to one accounts. In looking at several reports, I see information for the other accounts that I have no access to.

I think payroll management requires a little baby sitting for our people. Some forget to sign out or sign out too late (no OT approved).

Does not include a Work Order generation/tracking function. Inspection reports are limited in use.

I'm glad I took the plunge. As the sole leadership team member of my company currently  - it's been my BEST partner.

Over all I am very happy with the app. It improves quality of life substantially bring many elements required into one convenient app.

The lack of functionality with uploading pictures.

This software is mostly used for communication. Being able to communicate in multiple languages is great for our staff.

The constant error with the Time Zone location not updating properly no matter how many times we update the time zone in the Settings or in the Scheduling. This makes the scheduling report incorrect.

I no longer have to have a pen and paper to check in on when things were done. When something is not working or damaged they take a picture of it and it makes it solving problems quick and easy.

I love the features, they are tailored to our industry and are very modern. The ease of use helped with our anxieties of some non-tech savvy employees.

It is Very easy to use and the type of things it should do are great.

This I find to be above my pay scale. But will continue to learn every day.
