The cat side of BCP is slightly less mature than the dog side, and registry integrations are a real gap (TICA, AKC, UKC don't all expose APIs the way DNA labs like Embark do). We're actively scoping what's possible. On contacts not connecting properly with records you've already entered — that sounds like a bug, and I want the specifics. A few quick clarifications because most of what you're asking for already exists: PDF contracts — they ARE downloadable. Look for the View PDF button on the right side of each contract row. On a phone the table can scroll sideways and that button hides off the edge — try landscape, or open it on a laptop, then save or print. Shot records — also printable, and notes you've added to puppies show up on the printed shot record automatically, so you may already have what you need on the litter-notes side. Pet Portal — if you enable it for your buyers, they get web access to their puppy's shot records too, so you don't have to send PDFs at all. We have a few breeds and it helps me keep everything straight. I love the new invoice processing options for payments. Cons: I would like to have more editing options in the contracts section. It seems like this is an area they are trying to upgrade and hopefully when it's completed we will be able to hold and change fonts accordingly. Editing of invoices need to work better. I use a handful of outside stud dogs and I don't want them on my list of dogs.
