Overall, AA Online is a terrific product, great value, great customer support (which is rarely needed).

Amicus Attorney from the eyes of the unsophisticated.

There are so many features, it is definitely worth your money.

Product fails and crashes on a weekly or more basis due to weak interface capabilities. Expense license cost per timekeeper.

For the cost, it is a good program, and it allows all attorneys and paralegals to both communicate and keep track of the status of all cases.

Moving emails around is a awkward. It is time consuming to select a group of emails for filing.

We are just waiting out our contract to leave. The billing problem described above makes the program absolutely unusable.

There are other issues, but that is the worst one. Also determining current balances is challenging, and the program messaging function is poor.

I have had to hire an outside consultant at my expense to fix this problem. I have difficulty justifying paying a monthly subscription fee for this horrible support.

In the legal world, emails are very valuable and important to each client's file so the ability to easily link each email was a time-saver.

Your tech people are always helpful and pleasant.

It had a great look to the program when you opened it up like having a file cabinet. For someone like me with dyslexia it was much easier to view the client page.

I am still out of the office, but have been testing Amicus on that workstation with great success the past two days.

I usually have to figure out software for myself as there’s usually no one To show me  This was pretty easy to figure out and great organizational tool.

I don't like the way that the client trusts reports are printed and the inability to customize the reports.

Amicus always trys to make a product that is easy to use and learn which this product is. I really like the way it brings up the documents to be able to see them once they are attached to the file.

With so many features its difficult to understand and use all the features sometimes.

It is a bit more expensive than other programs but I have found that its ease of use and integration make it worth it.

However, QuickBooks is the only financial management program with which it integrates. I have been at this almost a year and learn a new function daily that improves my effectiveness for clients.

It costs quite a bit more but the lack of technical issues makes it all worthwhile.

Was a good product before purchased by Abacus.

This should be a no-brainer but even your seminars can't teach us that. Server version constantly crashing and freezing, meaning that all notes on the desktop are lost.

Love that it syncs seamlessly with out billing software and has a great tickler system for deadlines.

Once Abacus bought out Amicus the attitude has become take it or leave it and they no longer work with the client to provide any customization.

The layout is attractive, and it has a lot of features and reports that are useful. It integrates fairly well with Quickbooks.

Syncing with Outlook is painful, when it works. Customer support (even though we have prepaid for it) is worthless.

Staff hate using it, and avoid it, often preferring to calendar things manually, and thereby negating any benefits associated with CompuLaw integration.

But the service from the support team is disorganized, the techs are not sufficiently skilled and I continue to have problems with email and billing following an upgrade/install in December 2016.

I have used it for many years, mostly for calendaring, contacts and file management. Best customer support of any software I have ever worked with.

It's a very collaborative platform. I like the integration with QuickBooks and truly appreciate the ability to work with operating and client trust accounts.

We liked that it was not TimeSlips. A joke) we liked that it works with QB/has remote access built in and so forth but that is when it works.

Only wasted money sent to a corrupt company in Abacus.

I am unhappy with the many flaws and quirks of the system.

Overall I have a positive experience with this software it works great for me.

We have doctors who work out of multiple locations. I asked someone at Amicus and they told me there was no way to do it.

Amicus Attorney often found trouble transferring information to QuickBooks whether it was due to updates with Amicus or with QuickBooks.

It provides a small firm the opportunity to have access to a powerful and sophisticated software that would otherwise not be accessible.

I am writing the rest of this to fulfill the minimum text requirement.

While customer support may be overseas, it has ALWAYS been prompt and gotten the issue resolved.

Quick, reliable, and very responsive if an issue or question arrises. Casefox team is always improving the product.

The billing is incredibly easy and again is connected to my LawPay account so I don’t have to go to multiple places when billing or confirming payments.

The software is easy to use, inexpensive and the customer service is outstanding.

Overall, a good and affordable solution for legal services billing. Easy to use and produces many useful reports including reports that can be imported into Quick books.

This makes it difficult for me to use the software for invoicing as I cannot present reports or invoices in English in my country.

My overall experience with CaseFox has been great, it filled a gap in my practice software needs perfectly and now makes me look 100x more professional when dealing with complex cases.

Great tools for time keeping and invoicing. Batch invoicing is a great time saving feature to manage invoices in a short time.

This software is reliable and easy use in operating a small business.

At a former firm I’ve personally used a leading industry software and CaseFox by far is a superior product to everything I have used.

Pros:  Great customer service, great price for online billing software which is a plus for a small firm, great that you can access your time and billing from a browser.

We did many head-to-head price/functionality comparisons when my partners and I launched our law firm.

The support team is always quick to respond to any issues that come up. It is just fabulous firm management software and at a great price.

Customer service is excellent they respond very quickly and are very open to suggestions on ways to improve the software.

CaseFox has made the management of my law practice seamless and easy.

If you are a small accounting or law firm and you don't have Case Fox you are missing the boat.

I've been now using it and recommending it, not just for the price, but also for the service and easy platform.

On top of that, I had some integration problems with my other bookkeeping software  and the CaseFox staff were incredibly quick to accommodate my needs. CaseFox is also super affordable.

Again, a great service at a really good price. It doesn't take too long to get the hang of it.

Overall casefox is very good and easy to use billing software.we can try it in free plan.

Interface is bit complex and difficult to understand. Its difficult to search for any features unless you go through the documentation and explore every feature of software.

Sometimes its difficult to transfer billing entry from one case to another.casefox user interface design can be more beatiful.

I was surprised and happy to discover that CF is just as good and better in some aspects than other products I’ve used, for half the price.

We have used software far more expensive for case management, which did not have the ease of use and functionality of Casefox. The support is excellent when we have had a problem.

CaseFox provides all of the features I would expect in any case management/billing software, only with an amazing price structure that won't be found anywhere else.

Pay plus service combined with law pay makes the process between casefox and lawpay unclear.

The linkages within the software allow it to play well in the office tools environment. Integrations to MSOffice, Quickbooks and Dropbox are well accepted.

I use mostly PCs, so this is rarely an issue, but it seemed to stop tracking if the computer would go to sleep (ex: while on a call).
