Pros/Cons

Pros
I love how easy it is to use. I love how easy it is to correct or edit. I love love love that I can work literally from any location!!
Very intuitive and easy to use. This product does everything that we need.

Cons
Customization options for home page and lack of deep search. Reporting could be better and easier but overall its a great tool.
The updated calendar on the app took a little getting used to, but otherwise everything has been very user-friendly

Pros
Easy to use and reliable. I also like the up to date programs on the desk top
Amazing capabilities. When you put good information into the system, you get great results out! Makes my job much, much easier. It's the best legal system I've used in almost 10 years!

Cons
some features are a little cumbersome, but that's just the nature of a relational database
There is a learning curve to understand the software. I wish the IOS program was much more powerful and useful. I wish the intake wizard was more friendly and adaptable.
