The best thing about Jubilee is its outstanding customer support.

Overall, i really like the software and i believe this is a the best software value on the market.

Of the most the pricing is really afordable and and jubilee is very customer focused, the listen to suggestions as the constantly update and improve the software.

It also has incredibly responsive and friendly customer service.

Jubilee has been gracious in giving me access to the software and their customer and technical support has been prompt and helpful.

The price is  great and the software design is simple yet having a professional look.

The software is a little confusing to maneuver. Also, the fact that I still have to calendar hearings on our outlook calendar.

Sometimes I have to file a petition late at night or early in the morning due to a pending foreclosure. The customer service is unavailable at those hours if  I have a problem.

I love that customer service is always kind and helpful, you don't find many companies that have a great customer service team. Also, I like the idea of not having to calendar hearings.

It is easy to reach support and they are responsive to questions and needs.

I like the value I get for the money. I like that I can pay monthly.

The software integrates with credit reports and allows for the reports to be imported directly in the software.

My only issue has been with one of the support persons. I lost my employee and she seemed annoyed with my questions.

It has been extremely difficult to work with and the result is multiple mistakes.

The integrations with the applications I already use and even some I didn't prior to Jubilee. We have a great workflow working with it and I am super thrilled with the customer service.

This is a terrible product that doesn't work well at all.

I love how easy it is to navigate and use this software. Features at easy to find.

I appreciate that the software is cloud-based which allows me to work on cases remotely or between court hearings. The notice and calendaring feature has also saved me a good deal of time and expense.

The integration of Word and Outlook are amazing time savers. The new Ai feature is awesome.

Definitely helped as far as organization of emails and other important documents. Easy to use and also has a speedy search engine.

They seem unconcerned about security issues that result. Fixing invoices is problematic.

The billing features are what I like most as the the firm admin. It is extremely user friendly and helps me to stay on top of our accounts receivable.

No accounting or linking with QuickBooks. The offered document template set ups by their staff are poorly executed.

The biggest drawback for me is the inability to customize containers for info that we would use in our office setting.

It's very intuitive, efficient, and their support team is always helpful. I've called a number of times, and they are always easy to talk to and help answer my question.

Can overstate the quality of the program, the ease of use, and the customer service and support.

Everything is in one place and looks fantastic. Client's info, documents, notes, calendar items, billing, it's all in front of you.

It's difficult to switch from Plaintiff to Defendant if you open a case the wrong way, especially if you already have a lot of information in the case.

No sales tax calculation makes me unable to use the billing feature.

Great product but still lacking in essential features.

In other words even if you stop using their service you will personally have to still keep paying.

Smokeball has been an excellent practice management program for us, and their staff are prompt and helpful in helping with our needs.

Luckily for us, Smokeball is everywhere we are. With help from Smokeball's cloud-based system, we were able to transition to working from home very quickly and easily.
