  • Pros

  • I like that I can log the work and paste HTML email threads in a ticket. Also managing all of the computer in the ticketing software is a nice feature.
  • The best part of it was cost. We looked at several other products ranging from cost to functionality to find Alloy provided more for less.
  • Cons

  • It can be cumbersome to learn in an SMB environment with small teams and no compartmentalization.
  • Some built-in features are limited and require alterations.

  • RLM was fairly easy to setup and deploy in a relatively short time-frame.
  • If we need any fixes or changes, we find Reprise to be a good company to deal with. They have been responsive to our needs and we are planning to continue using them over the long term.
  • Cons

  • Cannot think of anything negative to say about RLM and the people we interfaced with in their support team.
  • Even in doing that, I still found it difficult to get the answers I needed, in order to determine what configuration settings we really needed to override for our company specific rlm server.
