There's no history of comments or changes. Updates made to one version of a project are not easily available to other versions, or to other projects that use the same components.

It is very easy to use and integrate with the current continuous integration infrastructure. It is adding new features frequently to improve usability.

Upgrading it is a major pain / undertaking. Each time we need to upgrade the system we have to do the equivalent of installing it from scratch.

I love the speed and overall simplicity of the application. It does a good job of finding most open source packages and performs identification automatically.

The thing I like most about the Hub is the integrations. Engineers are moving toward a more automated build process and a have a tool that can support that is very nice.

Simple and easy to use, Responsive Customer support. Most of the softwares were already available.

Ease of Use and extensible integration availability.

The ease of identifying and managing the open source code  and as well examining the  source code for vulnerabilities and specifically the hidden security vulnerabilities is amazing.

A very good thing is that it provide features for code scanning, independently from language and technology, also integrated with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

So far my experience with BlackDuck is great. I have seen almost positive response pretty much.

There are a lot of false alarms that should be corrected to update its database.

It have to pay year by year. In my job work on embeded system, our code size is very small (under 100 kB).

Some of the upgrades did not go smoothly. Some of the information that most IT departments require seems to be missing from the documentation.

Customer Support was quick & helpful. Most of the software already up there & less turnaround time.

Last but not least the technical support and customer care is really good.

I love the ability to see at a glance detailed dependency information. Also being able to follow the breadcrumbs to CVE reports.

While Torii works on mobile devices, some screen are not fully optimized for mobile view.

Myself and the admin team also really appreciate the software application approval process.

We work in a high turn over industry so new SaaS apps are always being introduced and offboarding is a pain point. Torri simplifies both of those processes for us.

Some features were missing when we started using Torii. Yet all my request were already on Torii's roadmap, some have already been implemented.

Customer support is really willing to help you get the most of the solution and it's very interesting to chat with them on how to improve your processes.

Easy to use, very powerful workflow tool, a place to consolidate all the current adopted technology across the company.

Workflow steps are logical and very simple to set up, but also quite comprehensive in the actions you can take at each step.

Torii is really easy to use as an application.

Onboarding workflows and it's integration with G Suite to create and decomission a user as needed from start to finish.

No way to bulk edit users, but its on the roadmap.

Some features are still missing, such as the reorganization of tasks within a workflow.

That said, the software itself is easy to deploy. The integrations are all easy and behind the scenes so you can start getting the data you need right away without any intervention.

All correspondence with Torii was excellent, easy Sales, implementation, and aftercare is tremendous. Highly recommend for quality product and customer service.

Overall, Torii is going places and they listen closely to user feedback. From my experience so far the current and future benefits are quite clear.

Seeing the cost nearby each tool is also very useful.

All the account reps from Torii have been super helpful and always open to feedback. They listen and are constantly updating the product to meet the needs of their customers.
