Zentitle delivered on this and more.Enough tools to provide us with what we need to integrate with our existing business systems.EUP is easy to set up giving our users more control over managing and distributing our licenses.

Back end-user experience is improving all the time.

Overall has been a good experience. I would recommend that if you are looking for a license solution, to try them, we have been very happy with the support from them, and the services provided.

Zentitle overall does a great job in getting a license solution to customers - I am happy that the solution works well.The tool has plenty of features to match business requirements. We have changed our needs over the years, and they have had options available to facilitate/address these needs.The product was quite easy to integrate, which lowers cost and time to get your product up and running/to market.Maintaining an in-house solution would be expensive and time consuming. Zentitle provides a service where you do not need to worry about this and focus on your business.

There have been performance issues with the license portal, but have mostly been addressed, and within a decent time frame.They are also updating the portal UI (to help resolve some of these performance issues) which was great news, so it shows they are re-investing in the product. Something I like to see from a partner.

It gives us the ability to protect our software from being stolen while managing user access.

Nalpeiron does a great job of providing various licensing options (one-time, subscription, trials, etc.).

The backend can be difficult at times to use. Some of the search features are limited. Additionally, it can take a while for analytics on the software to load. The customer support can be limited at times, too.

It easily integrated with our software and allowed us to be flexible with our activations.

There are a few features we would like to see added, but we believe they will be available in the future.

Wide variety of licensing methods. Serve both conventional distribution channels and modern applications, a platform that gives us certainty that our future needs are covered. Analytics part gives that extra info we used to lack.

Not really anything I don't like. Some areas might require improvements, but in general Nalpeiron have responded to our needs always promptly.

Variety of licensing models and options available. Easy to implement with sample code and support (had a viable integration in only a few days). Comprehensive APIs and other solutions for communication between app and Zentitle. No significant downtime or end user issues encountered so far.

Management portal's design is dated and requires jumping around to accomplish fairly basic tasks.

Very professional and hope to be able to find other opportunities in the future as well.

We had a large list of priorities and Zentitle checked all of the boxes. The team was extremely responsive and easy to work with as well.

Nothing really. The feature set they offered is very rich.

We have been using Nalperions Software Licensing( http://www.nalpeiron.com/ ) service for the past 12 months and we are more than satisfied. After trying several others(free trials, demos), we plan to stick with them for the foreseeable future.

I find this product very easy to use. The ability to turn on and turn off customer access or reissue a license is priceless. Sentinel keys do not have this ability--you have no control over customer use. If you need to add a product to the license it is simply a mouse-click. If there are more than one user, you simply add the number of users to a single license. Previously we had to mail new sentinel keys for each one needed.

I don't have anything to report at this time, but believe me, the benefits out way the use of sentinel keys.
