There is not something that I particularly dislike when using this software on my laptop, but it is more difficult to select timings for a booking on a phone.

I particularly like the way the information is displayed, it makes it very easy to see what to book and how to book it. Far better than other platforms I have looked at.

Our department has been using Bookkit for a month and, so far, all the users are really happy with it. It is a clear step forward that is helping everyone using our facility.

The inability for users to edit their own bookings AFTER completion. The only way this is done is if they are given Admin access (which no one wants to do for a user).

The general ease of use, but more importantly, when needed, customer support was excellent.

It is perfect for managing shared equipment, especially now that social distancing requirements are in place. Also the customer support is great.

It appears a weird message (saying that I should do that alteration in a specific time) and it prevents me from changing it. Little emphasis in the marketplace.

The ease of use for not only the administrator but the users.

No mobile compatibility due to the ‘click and drag’ functionality of the calendar.

Using Bookkit has been a great success; both from the operators and user perspective. The benefits have been seen by all.

The product is user friendly and easy to learn.

Very happy with the service, it can be used at a departmental level for shared equipment and new individual labs can be created easily for PI-specific equipment.

I was quickly able to offer up an easy to use system and the price was right: FREE.

The most important feature is how easy it is to use, not only as a researcher/user, but also as an administrator.

The worst thing about the software is probably the notifications that the software gives the administrator.

We loved how easy was to implement it and we have started to explore other possiblities (external service, costings).

The software has many nuances in which you can explore and fine tune to suit your needs. I love how much time it has saved us as a rather small organization, but we have to manage many residents.

It did in a pinch, but the product is improving rapidly.

I like the feature of back booking, and the report is simple to understand, and provide enough information for us to value the usage and benefits of certain equipment.

Very useful for lab management, especially when you have a range of equipment to be shared by different users. The report is very useful to get an overview for the usage of various equipment/services.

The was an easy to roll out product. Customer support is excellent; they are quick to respond to an inquiry, and equally fast is a resolution.

I really do not have anything to moan about yet however, am still working on brining other departments systems onto this platform.

We have found the technical support to be very impressive and helpful whenever we have needed assistance or guidance.

So far so good - we have been pleased with how quickly we have been able to integrate the platform into our labs and it has met all our needs so far.

This software is FANTASTIC and the customer and technical support is EXTRAORDINARY.

I provided Clustermarket/Bookkit staff an Excel list of our equipment, with the important details for each, and in a very short time (a day) we were up and running. It saved me a lot of time.

Trouble transmitting of Microbiology result to EMR.

Can I give less than one star on customer service. Literally THE WORST company I have ever dealt with in business or anywhere else.

I liked how easy it was to navigate and our staff can use it with out difficulty.

I have had excellent conversations with  rep. She is helping me with the program and has assured me that she and others will help me all the way through this process.

My lack of training of all the tools, but I was not at my office when LabDaq was installed.

The gaps in between some panels, no continuity. A lot of added features that's needed is costly.

LabDaq is super user friendly and easy to learn and teach. My new techs picked up on very quickly.

Moving to the US from another country this laboratory system is new for me, but with the easiness of use of CGM it helped me get comfortable and confident with work.

We find the software easy to use and customize. The support team is excellent.

Inactivated tests and panels cannot be hidden from ordering and other menus. Better customized reports, hate having to pay to get a report the we can read.

Some of the management report names are confusing as far as what the report will actually be.

Overall has been a good experience with a rocky start, but mostly due to short timeframe for implementation (4 months).

The customer support is what really won me over. I feel super blessed to have such a great team to count on when things go bad.

The software is easy to navigate, excellent support.

I came from supporting Cerner and Epic and was not expecting CGM to be as good as it is. Support has been very helpful in helping me understand the system.

LabDaq is straightforward and logical and has all of the features that our small business needs. And if we do have a need or issue, customer service has always been very helpful.
