There is not something that I particularly dislike when using this software on my laptop, but it is more difficult to select timings for a booking on a phone.

I particularly like the way the information is displayed, it makes it very easy to see what to book and how to book it. Far better than other platforms I have looked at.

Our department has been using Bookkit for a month and, so far, all the users are really happy with it. It is a clear step forward that is helping everyone using our facility.

The inability for users to edit their own bookings AFTER completion. The only way this is done is if they are given Admin access (which no one wants to do for a user).

The general ease of use, but more importantly, when needed, customer support was excellent.

It is perfect for managing shared equipment, especially now that social distancing requirements are in place. Also the customer support is great.

It appears a weird message (saying that I should do that alteration in a specific time) and it prevents me from changing it. Little emphasis in the marketplace.

The ease of use for not only the administrator but the users.

No mobile compatibility due to the ‘click and drag’ functionality of the calendar.

Using Bookkit has been a great success; both from the operators and user perspective. The benefits have been seen by all.

The product is user friendly and easy to learn.

Very happy with the service, it can be used at a departmental level for shared equipment and new individual labs can be created easily for PI-specific equipment.

I was quickly able to offer up an easy to use system and the price was right: FREE.

The most important feature is how easy it is to use, not only as a researcher/user, but also as an administrator.

The worst thing about the software is probably the notifications that the software gives the administrator.

We loved how easy was to implement it and we have started to explore other possiblities (external service, costings).

The software has many nuances in which you can explore and fine tune to suit your needs. I love how much time it has saved us as a rather small organization, but we have to manage many residents.

It did in a pinch, but the product is improving rapidly.

Ease of set up, ease of use, flexibility, fulfills all our needs for equipment and space booking.

I like the feature of back booking, and the report is simple to understand, and provide enough information for us to value the usage and benefits of certain equipment.

Very useful for lab management, especially when you have a range of equipment to be shared by different users. The report is very useful to get an overview for the usage of various equipment/services.

The was an easy to roll out product. Customer support is excellent; they are quick to respond to an inquiry, and equally fast is a resolution.

I really do not have anything to moan about yet however, am still working on brining other departments systems onto this platform.

We have found the technical support to be very impressive and helpful whenever we have needed assistance or guidance.

So far so good - we have been pleased with how quickly we have been able to integrate the platform into our labs and it has met all our needs so far.

This software is FANTASTIC and the customer and technical support is EXTRAORDINARY.

I provided Clustermarket/Bookkit staff an Excel list of our equipment, with the important details for each, and in a very short time (a day) we were up and running. It saved me a lot of time.

I love the fact that it is great to keep track of all orders, reordering, and sometimes you can get a discount if you order from them.

Abilities for specific inventories are nice, user friendly, customer service is great for all inquiries.

It also has a feature to suggest vendors for products if you don't know where to buy from and will  give you the best prices from vendors.

The search process is sometimes difficult if you aren't in the right section. The link to the products' page is sometimes not working.

Has been instrumental in streamlining the organization of the lab. Has been an outstanding instrument to bring the team together.

The most frustrating part of using Quartzy is the limited and clunky reporting.

Just want some more items to be in the store, and be able to change the shipping speed. Other than that, it's perfect.

The only complaint I have at this time is that the access/supply chain tabs are fixed.

Their customer service has been outstanding, thanks Quartzy.

Customer service is great and would definitely recommend this product.

I don't like that they quote items that'll cost MORE to get from Quartzy, and to a new user is can look misleading.

Having purchasing and inventory together is really great. Plus the Quartzy shop often has lots of good deals or better availability than the manufacturer.

Quartzy is easy to use by all. Helps keep my laboratory organized and makes it easy to track and order products.

I like that this software is easy to use and links to websites. Lots of communication and some history.

Sometimes send me invoices but my product got lost on it's way here.

It is very user friendly and it is easy to place a requisition for approval. We can put in projects and monitor project supplies.

The software is user-friendly and the customer service is great. The addition of the Quartzy Shop is helpful during the pandemic.

I like how there are features that we can utilize if we need to but aren't required (such as purchasing through Quartzy directly).

Frustrating to get a message of delay or backorder, order somewhere else and then find the information was wrong and we end up unable to cancel the erroneous order or the extra panic order.

It is a very useful software that has great customer support. It will eliminate the use of Excell which is a huge plus.

My favorite thing about Quartzy is how easy to use the software is, how quickly we got it set up, and the ability to save money by purchasing through quartzy.

The customer service is also excellent, they were very helpful in helping me find replacement products for backordered materials.

It makes inventory and the ordering process seamless, with easy integrated tracking and receiving options. Their customer service for returning or cancelling orders is reliable, fast, and friendly.

I usually have to use this when I am in lab and I have to add requests while I see things missing while working.

Having a request section and an inventory section that allows a seamless transition of what you ordered to putting it into inventory is amazing.

Lots of functions are great, like being able to attach quotes and POs, documenting expiry dates, etc. Also, the customer service has also been great with very rapid responses.

The ease of use is amazing and there is quite a bit of flexibility in its use.

It's much better than an excel sheet and multiple people can be in the system at once. I like the history feature and easily adding items from receipt into inventory.

I love how this easily keeps my different accounts organized. Helps me with budget and allow my students to help.
