It is good for reaching out course material with a good integration.

I love how easy it is on Moodle to use as both a student and an instructor. I like how customizable notifications are.

The ability to customize and easy use of additional plugins. There is also a large community of people to help you use this software.

Luckily it seems like moodle has a lot of helpful documentation which provided me with the understanding that I needed to fully appreciate the platform.

The price (free) is a great start. It gives us all the features we really need in our online courses.

I dislike that it can be a bit restrictive with access a bit unforgiving when admins accidentally delete information.

It can have a good integration with a company/institution website. It's not a trivial integration though.

I love that Moodle is open source and can be customized. There are some good add-ons, but the ability to customize the experience is great.

There's a very supportive community for this LMS. Lecturers and the students can easily interact with each other in a private virtual environment.

It's multiple clicks to add content, followed by multiple clicks to set it up correctly. For students, the default site is ugly and confusing.

I currently use Moodle both as a student and as an administrator for one class. Both have their benefits, and it is easy to see why Moodle is a great fit for the job.

There is the same problem when a teacher sends us a message or link, we have no email alerts.

I love how Moodle is set up and I've used it to take courses. It's so easy to use and to sign up with and I love the user interface.

In discussion threads I think it is somewhat annoying that there is no single option to open all responses. Instead you have to go through and click into each one.

It crashes a lot and after a period of use the application of the error. Due to the very frequent use of online classes, it has fallen a lot the whole time.

I also love how easy it is to see all of your grades, there is a whole tab just for that, therefore it is easy to keep track of you progress and how you're going.

Moodle has been supporting the academic and research community from decades. It's vibrant development community has created a true gift for the world to use and grow with.

The customer service and support is amazing and they also have a huge portal of learning videos and reading material to quickly learning things yourself.

Looks very old school, we got a lot of negative feedback on this from employees, and management wasn't going to let us use it as is for client training.

Overall a great software. Great team and great with feature requests.

Out of the box ability to charge for training, capture analytics and create courses. Great API support to tie into other platforms.

You need to involve customer support or a CSM. Limited customization of reporting and no push reports.

I really appreciate the ability to log in as our users and see what they see.

The customization options via code snippets can sometimes be difficult to organize. Also, the admin console can be confusing to navigate to find specific settings on one page versus another.

The design end of this product is difficult. The coding is constantly changing from what is inserted and it's nearly impossible to copy and paste anything without it changing.

Out of the box integrations help it fit nicely into our organizations tools (Okta/SSO, Salesforce, and Marketo).

Ease of use and ability to implement Subscription Program as part of their offering. Simple navigation, but flexible enough to customize for each user.

No option to customize reports while exporting them is a little drawback.

The ability to have unlimited students and different domains to house internal and externally facing content separately.

Overall the system is great and accomplishes what we need.

Very easy to use and set up - and you get great ability to measure what your customers are doing.

And the customer service has been a dream come true - always responsive and helpful for essentially any problem we give them.

Generally, I've also had positive experiences with my CSM and other employees. Strong uptime, and openness for the engineering team to provide small updates/customizations.
