Great Supplier Experience

We have utilised this Hub to support our Leadership Community by giving them access to quality content to support our Leadership Programme. We also utilise the Hub to schedule pre and post course activity and recommend reading lists. I have worked with lots of suppliers in this space and the support, advice and guidance given by HF is second to none. We have an allocated individual who works with us to integrate the Hub into our Learning engagement strategy and ensure that we get the best use out of the software.

CONS

Nudges - need to set up individually - would be good to have functionality to recreate the same one across numerous cohorts but this is a fairly minor point

Simply Easy!

We are creating a learning culture at pace and gaining the correct measurable through the analylitics.

PROS

The features and functionality of the digital is in tune with human everyday habits, searching , sharing, liking , commenting and athestically pleasing for users. For the l&d team the ease of use from teams,topics, loading, creating content and the reporting and analyitics at a glance and in depth is very good.

The Academy Hub

PROS

The Hub has become a key feature in our Learning & Development Strategy at Oxford Immunotec, providing up to date and dynamic content suitable for all roles across the business and covering a wide range of topics. The ease of being able to sign in on your mobile or on your laptop when it is suitable for the learner is great and the fact that many different content formats can be used to promote learning is also helpful. We are able to use this as our learning and development training repository and build on this for our future leaders.

CONS

An area of improvement would be to be able to curate the content into more suitable libraries for each organisation rather than just have a big listing of topics. Some users find this confusing. It would also be good to have a pre-onboarding tool or offering. The Admin access and views could be improved so that Admin viewers can select which view they have in The Hub rather than viewing everything that is available at once.

Reason for choosing The Digital Hub

It fitted really well with our overall Academy learning programme and the customer service and support was excellent!

A great tool

Filling a gap in existing learning provision for management development and personal effectiveness, support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been fantastic and we are evolving our use as we go.

PROS

Great user interface, content is engaging and supports different learning styles, admin of system is easy and can be learnt quickly with little instruction. Ability to customise content and deliver tailored experiences.
