One must experience this co. device as I have tested lot many other co. devices, but it was affordable and user friendly

HOS Sync is excellent with driver to admin, Network Optimization with their tablet device.

They sometimes add delivery cost while device repair or return but its fine as my non-working devices money is refunded without hassle.

A few times the logbook would stop working and I would have to stop and reset it which caused me to lose time.

What vo liked most about this logbook is that it was very small, easy to use and it was on my budget.

First they sent me the wrong connection for my truck after I told them the model of my truck which only uses one kind.

I have so bad service with TruckX, because they didn't want to refund my money back. I didn't use their device since from June 2022. I didn't cancel services because thought I will used device. The TruckX charge money automatically without my permission. I call to cancel services because I don't have trucks in my company any more. They told me to return device. I returned device to them without any issue, but when I call to customer service asking about my refund they told me that they will not refund money back because I have to do cancel my service before or after one week when I have date of contract. I read Terms and Conditions for TruckX I didnt find any thing about cancelation and no refund money if I didn't cancel on day of after one week date when I start services with them. I am asking to refund my money back $324. I also asking to speak with manager but manager didn't call me back. Today is second day but manager didn't call me back yet. I hope they will figure out the problem and will be honest and return my money back.

The tablets overall construction is not bad! The docking station for the tablet has a key lock for security and spring tab for easy mounting and dismounting from the docking station. Comes standard with 9 pin for the trucks service port. This company is based in Pune India, that’s where the problem begins! Their customer support is absolutely awful and they lie like their trying to sell you ocean front property in Arizona!

There is nothing to like, TruckX is the biggest scam on the market!

Everything, FMCSA has already revoked their wireless ELD, just a matter of time before my complaint gets these scammers out of there!

I had very bad experience with TruckX people. They charged my credit card for $540, even I canceled the service they don't refund my money. They are fraud, stay away from TruckX.
