Pros/Cons

Pros
Support and partner-like feeling with gEHRiMed staff. Ease of install and use is a big plus. Multi-platform availability is great.
The software program was simple to implement and train to providers. Application is easy to navigate and user-friendly.

Cons
It signs me out too soon, other than that I have no complaints.
The speech recognition can be a little off- but very few of our employees use it. I'd recommend steering clear of it in any case.

Pros
It's very user friendly and has all the qualities we are looking for when running billing.
The product is very reliable and is extremely customizable to your company needs. The support team is very responsive.

Cons
It freezes frequently but not sure if it is from the server but we use cloud. The support staff can't tell you exactly what happened when you have some problem but they are good in resolving it.
There are many features available to make data entry easier and more efficient, however, current staff were not employed when initial training was done. The Help feature is not easy to navigate.
