The system was very hard to follow and the initial integration was a nightmare. We had no customer service to help push us forward with a go live date and further onsite training was denied.

I tell all customers to minimize customization of products and keep them as close as possible to out of the box. This is difficult with business that are accustom to their old processes.

Ease of use and simple to understand. Simplicity is what i liked the most in this software.

He is not only helpful but a complete pleasure to talk to.

I love the ease of analyzing  each piece of our manufacturing process.

Overall it is great and the cost is very reasonable.

The product is deceiving and  lacks functionality for the processes we utilized for our company. They were unable to tailor the product to our needs even though they sold us on that in the beginning.

They were genuinely interested in helping us improve our processes by designing a report that met our specific needs.

Basically, I've found that most people who complain about Fishbowl are really complaining about inventory, which is hugely complex.

We are looking to expand and utilize many other integrations for web store and asset tracking capabilities.

As stated above, I would not recommend this software especially for CPAs and their clients. It sounds fantastic but doesn't work as designed, especially for Quickbooks.

Hard to fix problems without having to talk to fishbowl. But they are usually very responsive when i have a problem.

It integrates with Salesforce via a API and is continually improving.

Fishbowl is powerful sales, inventory control, and purchasing software for QuickBooks users at a very reasonable price.

The disassemble process can be a bit intimidating if you don't know what you are doing. Fishbowl Go needs to be able to manufacture as well.

Fishbowl is a great asset to our company. It has been wonderful in helping us manage inventory for our warehouse and tracking errors.

Integrations with QuickBooks can be incredibly useful for companies already based in QuickBooks.

Their customer support rep. has been awesome for our team. He's taken control of our issues and been very responsive.

Ease of Quickbooks Online integration, ease of cost analysis.

When I get errors after voiding a shipment and editing and when I go to ship it again I get an error.

I love all of the Fishbowl Support team members.

This is a very easy to implement software that is inexpensive. The workflows are great out of the box.

Absolutely no customization to tailor to your organization. No email reminders if you have overdue actions pending, you’ll have to look at the database daily.

No email notifications if an item goes past due. You can only disply the entire reports that are overdue.

Intuitive, friendly user interface, the well thought out connections from one module to another. The fact that each module is included and not ala carte is a HUGE benefit.

This is the best QMS software for the money. It's intuitive, easy to implement and reliable.

It's never lost due to the Timeline feature. Revision history stored electronically on all documentation makes it easy to understand why documents were updated.

I had myself and one other person approving a risk and the other approver approved the risk and I could not make any changes. I had to delete the entire risk action and start over.

Streamline process for creating ECRs and Doc control is great. This software makes approvals and interaction easier.

No filtering of overdue items in perato analysis. You can filter: Open Items, Closed, Rejected, Submitted and deleted but nothing to tell you if an item is past due.

Easy to use, all of the modules are integrated to one another, fast setup / configuration. The support that you receive from QT9 is always fast and effective.

It is very easy to use the , modules and being able to be paperless is awesome especially in the medical device area. Set up for users is extremely fast an simple.

QT9 has been second to none. Their implementation support team does there best to get you up and running.

The workflow is easy to understand and it is nice that most of the modules are interconnected.

There is no option to personalize the emails notofications. You really get flooded by emails.

The customer training and support offered (at no extra cost!) made the implementation from our paper based systems to QT9 software nearly stress free.

After using it for a while, you learn the next steps but a new user struggles without written instructions. QT9 has recognized this weakness and is addressing it in their next version.

The Quality Management modules are excellent. They are easy to use and understand.

This software is very user friendly and easy to use. The help feature and QT9 academy are very easy to follow  instructions for anything you are working on in the system.

Implementation was similar as well. QT9 technical assistance in uploading of documents and gauges increased the speed in which were able to integrate it into our organization.

Customer support is great and always available to help. Most modules have some level of customizable options to fit the needs of various companies and industries.

The software has all the key modules for operating Quality, Maintenance, Safety, Training and Engineering Change Requests for a fraction of the cost of more expensive systems with less modules.

This really helps helps with implementation, and ease of use. I appreciate the stops built into the system to ensure important aspects are included in these records.
