"From an accounting perspective, the system provides reliable core functions such as general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and job costing, which are particularly valuable for tracking project-based profitability."

"Been using this software for a while now and I like that it supports robust permission control, letting us share only specific pages externally with clients while keeping internal planning private."

"The sales team technical member is the most knowledgeable about the product and how to use/manipulate it you will get to experience. Once you purchase, you get a new team and don't expect them to have reviewed all the information covered before the purchase or care to meet commitments or promises made. Whether Genius or our internal team committed to making the implementation successful, we were able to use the system fairly quickly by migrating out of our previous MRP. If we didn't have the Import/Export tool Genius provides, I doubt this would have been nearly as effective, and this tool is likely one of Genius's strongest attributes."

"Terminology & Usability – Some terminology is not intuitive, likely due to French-to-English translation, which can make it harder for users to quickly understand functionality."
