Because the software is so customizable, it is extremely complex. This can cause problems if the person configuring it does not understand all of the processes and how they work.

As we have associates leave, there is no need to replace them.

This is a pretty straightforward process. Might seem complex at the beginning.

Every thing is so neat and tidy, and once learnt, this is the easiest system to work with. Has a very user-friendly interface and has the ability to change the appearance with a limited selection.

We use it in almost every department. It has a really good client support and INFOR promotes a lot of events and trainings.

Factory management improved, production planning and material purchases were improved a lot by the use of INFOR M3.

Sometimes implementation time drags on for objective reasons.

Good support both from consultants and web portal. Very good documentation available, lots of details on the setup.

Had some trouble with communication in China (servers in Sweden) - possibly problem for everyone outside China.

Infor support team (Elite customer) is excellent. Consulting engagements are sometimes not so great - it depends to a large degree on who you get.

Support from Infor is very good. Investment in the product by Infor continues to be significant and  is showing results.

Overall appreciate the efficient and stable system that addresses most business needs.

The profit from implementation is always the improvement in the organization of work and hence the costs.

Still recent software which means that the knowledge of APIs and new ways of using it are limited in both our organisation and in the consulting world.

We moved off of an in-house application to M3. Once integrated with our existing systems and processes, we are able to better track and use our product data.

Really appreciate the Infor & Overall Infor M3 very good & helpful for using.

Nice erp system, but requires a lot of knowlegde.

This list can go on and on and I am still working on new ideas and solutions to improve processes and experience for our users.

And also for sales, all accounting are inherited from order. Workaround exists, but it is still a limitation.

Some of the solutions/enhancements I've been able to create using base M3 functionality and integrated tools are. Integration with MES System.

To conclude, I am an avid fan how the capabilities and also very active in the M3 User Community.

Output management (for forms such as customer invoices or packing lists) has long been a weak spot but that is being addressed with new tools being developed.

User experience makes easier introduction of new hired colleagues. Flexibility in configuration helps to add new functionalities fast.

It's very customizable to meet your needs without loosing any performance. Infor OS makes it even more easy to use and more intuitive, alerts for tasks that you need to do are just great.

Proven, mature ERP is getting modern UI at last.

Being able to personalize and make some moderate (and cost effective) additions to the program allow it to grow with our business.

Organized and connectable: the Odoo has a good UX/UI, you can found your specific function faster and Sometimes from the same page Like make a task for my assistant while I'm on the sales page.

Overall it's the most suggestible not only just because of it's opensource but also, customer ease of access is very good with it.

Search is fast and flexible, alot of combination search function. Easy to use with the same UI style, UI is very clean not messy.

Also, they have friendly and very knowledgable support staff that are there to help you succeed without any high pressure tactics. They are in it with you for the long term.

The most interesting and brilliant thing about Odoo, is its framework and how easy we can develop using it. Also some apps are just easy to learn and well documented.

The best thing about this software is the versatility of the apps and the grade of customization that we can achieve.

The support is terrible, specially in UAE, the account managers for enterprise never respond and tickets are open for 3 and 4 days.

Odoo is an extremely powerful software. We use the Manufacturing Module and the CRM Module prominently and these have both been brilliant tools that we are very happy with internally.

Sourcing rather than manufacturing analyse by customize odoo, in costing and RFQ is wonderful.

Second thing is when there is any error in py file sometimes it fails to give exact error.

Very poor support of partners. Very bad deep understanding of overall solution in odoo (as main provider).

Your use facility is amazing and the best of all: is free. Odoo has OCA Community that help the user in several questions.

The ease to learn the flow of the system, the ease of adaptation to the customer's requirement. The speed in the use of the database.

So far so good, we are now live after 2 months of studying and configuring. Once you get used to it, it can be really beneficial in the long run.

The demo was amazing, incredible, I had an instant love for the tool, the low prices really excited me.

No useable software and no portion of our unused funds.

Odoo is an excellent system that integrates all areas of the company in the same platform, ideal for growing companies.

Odoo is very good, practical and easy to use ERP software. Easy customization that fulfils every clients' organizational needs.

POS is too basic and so many bugs. For instance, taxes is not updated after applying a global discount which is totally illegal.

Odoo gives me access to a lot of tools that allow me to manage my business better in one platform. I get to integrate all business processes hassle-free.

The CRM for the sales side is really easy to use and browse through and has a very good tagging feature allowing me (as sales director) to easily filter accounts and keep track of leads.

There is no mobile app for community edition yet.

It does not integrate into social networks, nor does it manage chat internally (at least, not without losing speed). Your targeting options are scarce.

The software is good, but if you need to customize they will make money over you.

The migration script of Odoo is not available before several months and return a lot of errors in the beginning when is available.

Upon further interaction we realized these needs could not be met. Not only were we not refunded for the hours we had actually utilized, they refused to refund us any of our unused retainer.
