Amazing Client Success Lead
Our dedicated Client Success Lead, Shawna H., is truly dedicated. I recently threw a last minute, quick turnaround request her way and without hesitation she was eager to help. I needed reports and insights for a client presentation. With little direction she gave me content that was the star of the meeting. Quick turnaround, enthusiasm, and great insights. So appreciated!
CONSSo far, my only con is that I don't get to spend enough time in Infegy to be a power user, but that is where my amazing Client Success Lead steps in!

Exceptional Product! Exceptional Service!
From unlocking better creative executions, to facilitating stronger insights to generally adding interest to our working day, my overall experience with infegy has been exceedingly positive and I will always look to onboard any marketing, strategy or senior leadership team I am on with the power of its product.
PROSYou will not find a more versatile and useful social listening tool on the market place today. The depth and length of analysis you can do, the collaboration and creative empowerment it facilitates and its role in our strategic planning processes are all ways in which we get huge value from the product. I would 100% recommend it as a solution for any creative agency or network agency, particularly when you layer on the quality of support you receive from the infegy team themselves as well!
CONSIt is not ideal for live campaign management, but this is so rarely an essential use case for us, I don't even think about this aspect of the platform at all.
Reason for choosing Infegy Atlas
The versatility. I am yet to ever find myself at a dead end with Infegy, yet this was a common occurence when using other platforms.
Reasons for switching to Infegy Atlas
The depth and breadth of data on Infegy far exceeded Radarly, as it was constructed at the time.

Intuitive tool and helpful representatives
Overall, I'm really happy with it. The tool has so many outlets bringing data and makes my job immensely easier!
PROSI primarily use Infamy for social listening and research, and the data it gives is incredible! It's like a very refined google search. I have also loved my success lead [sensitive content hidden]! She has been more than helpful and has really helped me improve my writing skills in short amount of time.
CONSIt took me a while to get query writing down, and it is still a work in progress because there are a lot ways to write with the NEAR/2+ features; Infegy does provide a lot of articles to help, it is a little time consuming to reread everything.

The best software for demographic segmentation
Overall, Infegy has been the best platform we've used thus far and it's an essential part of our business. I would strongly recommend it due to its ease of use and ability to segment down to the ethnicity level. Additionally, our support team is always available to not only answer questions but come to the rescue when we're in the trenches. As with most tools, it could use some improvement in several areas, but overall, our team is very happy with Infegy.
PROSThe most impactful part of this software is the tool's ability to detect conversations by ethnicity. This is a vital part of the market research that we do for our multicultural clients and it's why we've stuck with Infegy for over 3 years.
CONSDue to the nature of emoji uses, the software could use some improvement in getting "smarter" at detecting truly positive conversations vs. negative ones. Sentiment plays a key role in our brand insights but we find that certain keywords and especially emojis get flagged as negative conversations when they're either neutral or positive.

Infegy Atlas Review
Good. The team at Infegy was always ready to help with any questions and had a positive attitude focused on getting us what we needed in a timely manner.
PROSEase of use, I could input my key search terms and then get results specific to certain platforms in seconds.
CONSSometimes data would not populate if the number of results didn't meet a certain threshold.
