Packs a good set of attribution insights for Ecommerce

We are an Ecommerce CRO agency and use the tool to provide additional insights to our customers.

PROS

Simple and intuitive to use. Easy to launch for our client portfolio. A nice backend app to take a look at every once in a while and provides some good additional insights to our clients.

CONS

A bit limited in terms of functionality would like to see the creators expand the programs capabilities further.

Reporting INSIGHTS - not just data overload

We are very pleased with using ThoughtMetric as a reporting, attribution, and insights tool. It has helped us to make more profitable decisions in our advertising and business decisions.

PROS

The steps to get ThoughtMetric integrated and ready to use are dead simple. They've really taken the approach to handle all of the hard work on their end, so the end-user doesn't have to worry about getting too technical. They show blended data in beautiful reports that really help you to get insights from the data - not just data for the sake of having data. The UI/UX is beautiful and intuitive. The team behind this product is phenomenal and ready and open to assist and take feedback.

CONS

It could be really interesting to explore the customers feature more and syncing audiences across ad channels.

Reasons for switching to ThoughtMetric

WickedReports was very expensive for us and we weren't making decisions that actually helped us make more money based on it's data.

Don't waste your time and money, 0% prefessionalism

The WORST tracking app in terms of performance, a total SCAM! The app tracked only 50% of sales, no add to cart and no initiated payment. Everything was set up properly, even the server side with the personalised domain name. So I asked for a refund because the tracking was HORRIBLE and I only used the app for one day. [sensitive content hidden] refused because to test the server side, I had to sign up for the subscription and that ended the 2-week trial period even if you only tested the app for one day. He didn't try to understand the situation and preferred to keep the $99 before I left. Don't waste your time and don't even try this app, the creator is a pure SCAMMER.

PROS

Nothing, the server side seemed promising, particularly in terms of using your own domain name, but this was not the case at all.

CONS

Tracking is the worst of all the apps I've tested, and I've tested a lot of them

High praise for TM!

I've enjoyed working with the reps and recommend their services. I feel like they truly listen to my feedback and take into consideration that to the user, time is money. I feel they've created a product that is customer-centric for the majority of businesses out there.

PROS

It's clear, concise and to the point and doesn't display a ton of data that isn't necessarily needed or wanted unless the user specifically seeks out a deeper understanding. I always appreciate products that keep the user's time in mind and makes it easy for him/her to find the most important information quickly.

CONS

I don't have much negative criticism - for the size of our company, this product works well for the needs we have. Mainly, an easy and cohesive way to show management how our socials are performing in a way they would understand without being a guru of social media.

Reason for choosing ThoughtMetric

Price! I liked a lot of the features of Sprout Social, but didn't necessarily need them all for my day-to-day activities and felt that my biggest need was a product that could report well, first and foremost. I found TM, felt they did an adequate job of that and liked the price point.

Amazing marketing attribution software

PROS

The data displayed are very accurate. There is no point of having false data and to confirm I installed it on a test site and did some self purchase (also checked other functionalities at the same time) and used different devices/marketing channel for approx 3 purchases. And the data I received was very accurate.

CONS

It used to be the UI, but now they recently launched the new Ui and its absolutely perfect for me. They should improve their marketing efforts but no product related issues.
