Dynamics 365  is a great app provided by Microsoft to run your business. Being a part of the Microsoft is a huge advantage as it becomes more integrated to other MS Office programs.

It needs some customization for your need and sometime it gives you errors and that is little unlikely to be in Microsoft products.

It is nice software, easy to use. The UI is also good, neet and clean.

It's very easy to navigate and if you need help, the help box is right there. If you need live help, you can always contact a rep to help.

I really like this integration of Microsoft and the way it is set up to help expand on project and business management.

Great for our sales department to track leads. The best part that will help with my job, fewer spreadsheets to use.

For my role, Dynamics provides excellent task/case/customer management features allowing me to resolve customer issues quickly and provide better overall service.

The support team is very prompt and helpful, with their help you can use Dynamics to the best of it capabilities.

Honestly the cost is considered acceptable, the level of help and support is very good, Microsoft is more and more surprising for a better future.

It turns some people off to products when they have to wait for a live agent, and even worse- that's the only option. I didn't make this a priority simply because I'm not in the category.

Hence it is the useful software for the good customer reporting.

Dynamics has been a great addition. Our sales team has learn to make small customization and our Finance teams love how powerful it is.

It just was a poor design of software it should have been a step by step tutorial but if wasn't it was jus ban there you go.

I also tried one of the best introduced versions Flow/Power Automate and Canvas Apps which is amazing. What I like the most is that it is very easy to use and it gives more value to my money.

Great texting tool to keep communication and awareness of our church before the congregation.

The only downside is when you go to search historic texts, you can't filter to find a specific text which is a bit annoying.

It easily served it's purpose for what we wanted it to do. Customer service was great.

We tried another leading platform that did not work. EZ Texting worked flawlessly from the start, and honestly saved our project.

I wrote for a refund within an hour of purchasing the product. They have ignored me. I watch every penny and I want my money back.

Excellent, efficient communication with clients. Very cost effective, and very quick replies as opposed to phone calls or email.

EZTexting provides excellent customer service.

I occasionally have a schedule change and its important for me to get the word out fast and this platform is easy and affordable.

The ability to confirm delivery like on android phones would be nice, but being able to text customers is a great benefit.

After numerous attempts to call the 800 number (no one will answer) and live chat (disconnected 4 times), I finally just asked to get a refund.

I actually increased my monthly credit expenditure and was excited to move forward then they abruptly want to shut down my process.

I suggest creating a campaign around texting and offer discounts and coupons with codes you can track to see when is the best time for delivery, etc. and that is so super easy with EZ.

I like the ease of use of this product. I like that you can add an image to go with your text.

While some users may find the pricing relatively high and the reporting features could be improved, the benefits of EZ Texting outweigh the potential drawbacks.

I like the ease of sending a quick communication to all my agents in a split second. People respond snd our message gets out.

User interface does look very friendly and all needed features are easily accessible.

Overall great; I feel I have simplified a process that I was spending way too much time on and I love that I can use QR codes and a cod word to sign folks up for updates.

It does what we hope it will do and the MMS format is wonderful for setting out reminders and announcements with a graphic.

This has become a vital part of our safety culture and was extremely easy to set up. We used the out of the box groups and keywords to build our job site distribution lists.
