emfluence Marketing Platform is a cloud-based marketing solution that offers tools to create, track and run online marketing campaigns. Key features include email marketing, form and landing page builders, calendars, social media marketing tools, a survey builder and reporting tools.

With emfluence's email marketing tool, users can create personalized emails using custom email templates or built-in templates. The form builder allows businesses to create forms that can capture and record online registrations and website leads.

Users can also create personalized landing pages and event pages. Marketers can integrate their social media accounts with the platform to manage campaigns through channels like Facebook and Twitter. emfluence also offers reporting and analytics tools that help marketers to monitor key performance metrics and report campaign ROI.

Support is available via phone and email. Pricing is per month, based on number of contacts.

- emfluence is so easy to use, it only takes 10 minutes to master.
- the customer service is second to none
- the design of the software, from landing page creation to form designs are excellent

Cons

- there are very few faults in the software, but if i was to be hypercritical, i would say that we don't use every single aspect of the program, so having a more condensed version with less features unlocked may be more useful to smaller companies

I have had a lot of experience with the social media side. Which has been helpful when creating posts to reach out to our followers.

Pros

It is easy to use and clear cut. I also enjoy the feature that shows all past posted media on various platforms.

Cons

I don't enjoy how you have to have a smaller image in pixels than what you would normally need if you scheduled on the regular platforms.

I have really enjoyed using emfluence and even with the template created, it's a really great platform and tool to use.

Pros

I like the ease of use with this platform. It's really all about making the experience simple and easy which is great!

Cons

This may be because i use a template in Emfluence, but i've had trouble creating dividers in the template the way it was set up. Again, could simply be because of the template or user error. Other than a little bit of trouble adding dividers it's been really easy to use.

I've used the platform on the client and the agency side. I recommend it to everyone I work with - it's easy to use and there is a great support group to help if you struggle. Mostly used for onboarding and customer retention communications.

Pros

Even if you're just starting out in emarketing communications this is an easy platform to learn and navigate. Love the drag and drop feature in composing emails. The archiving of social media posts is perfect for the financial services industry that has annual audits/exams of marketing communications.

Cons

Every time I've suggested improvements or shown concern about some functionality it's been fixed or improved. I can't think of anything I don't like right now!

I like emfluence. I was using Mail Chimp at my last job, but I definitely like this more.

Pros

I like the previewing platform and building out the email.

Cons

It's not easy to customize or change your custom email template.

Emfluence is an easy to use software that helps me to engage my prospect and clients that seems customized and personal so has drastically increased my level of communication with my contacts.

Cons

I least like that when I format an email it will not accurately or do what I request so I have to reformat the email or campaign.

My department uses the marketing platform to communicate with my clients for upcoming events. This is a great tool for my needs. I wish I could see the emails that bounce back due to the email server blocking it .

Pros

That once I have scheduled the emails to go out that I don't have to go back in at a later date.

Cons

That when I want to schedule an email to go out multiple times that I have to copy it. I would like to be able to create the email and then schedule additional dates at the same time instead of having to copy the email.

Scheduling multiple emails to multiple lists and get real-time tracking, with the ability to be flexible and change things as we go.

Pros

I started using the Emfluence platform a couple weeks ago and am really impressed with the additional functionality I have seen from past platforms I have used. The ability to create customized campaigns based on recipient's response is very easy to do and track.

They are exceptional in the email marketing space and have been a major problem for our company. We generate business at a higher level thanks to emfluence.

Pros

emfluence allowed us to solve email marketing problems with technical constraints that few were willing to help us tackle. Our ability to share and organize data is restricted, and emfluence came up with a custom solution for us to be able to send emails consistently. They provide excellent customer service, education and make it easy for to build campaigns in a restricted environment.

Cons

I have no qualms with this platform. They've made my life so much easier with the solutions they provided that I can't complain in the slightest.

Overall it is a very easy user interface to use. Most things are intuitive and questions can be answered on their own. If you do have a question, Emfluence has excellent customer service that answers questions very quickly.

They also developed better logic for their survey builder that has been very helpful for us. It now gives us the ability to create skip logic and different user journeys.

Cons

While the User Interface is easy to use, it has its quirks where it is very particular about how you set-up templates in order for it to work across all platforms.

I love how user friendly this platform is. It's extremely intuitive and if you can't figure something out, there is an extensive help section that you can almost always find your answer. Their customer service is top notch too.

Cons

The ability to edit content (specifically photos) in emails isn't the easiest. But they've begun adding features to make this a bit easier.
